Very little hot water and pressure. Had to take a sponge bath. Wi-Fi sporadic was told to go to the window if I wanted to work properly. Nolan Ryan construction material. All over work is noisy. No coffee in the lobby. Owner has trouble reading his statement from Expedia and tried to pressure me slightly to pay even though I showed him my bank statement.

Frank thanks for your review but unfortunately your statements aren’t true as we upgraded you from a queen bed that you paid for and didn’t charge you extra for the upgrade. And you did not show me your bank statement and I never even asked for it

Heating and air conditioning unit had gaping hole to outside, it was cold wife and I had to wear full clothing to bed. Not to blame hotel as there was high winds but lost power for hours so we just went to sleep although the hotel right next door still had power.

The Front desk assistant was ok , but the place the Hallways smelled like smoke , the wall paper was dirty , the beds and Tv was very small the microwave and Hair dryer was broken , i could not even sleep

OWNER GAVE OUT MY CARD NUMBER TO ANOTHER HOTEL WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. WILL NOT HONOR COUPONS OR PROMOTIONS Don't THINK about using a coupon.EARNED BECAUSE OF SO MUCH REPEAT BUSINESS. Owner ASSUMED INCORRECTLY I was given points becaude I complained.Gave 5 stars NOT earned because of kind, professional, front desk staff.. Stayed 30 times. Used points ONCE. AS SOON AS I DID the owner says "You: paid with points.Your room just got booked. You you gave to go." In same room since Jan. Its March 2024 and suddenly ,booked? Entire hotel EMPTY. What "coincidence." Moved me to another hotel. And THAT hotel had my NEW card number, preocessed a payment with no permission or my knowledge.Spoke to him, he did it a 2nd time. Had to cancel card. BEWARE OF USING YOUR CARD HERE! NOT secure. Owner is dishonest, will not honor offers, poorly maintained. NEVER returning.

Please Camille get your story straight we were as pleasant as we can but if you were that unhappy you would not have stayed with us for 2 months as you were trying to pay daily and told you plenty of toilimes that the room can get booked anytime. You were a good person but we couldn’t guarantee you a room when you were making reservations everyday and I couldn’t hold that room all the time. Thank you anyways and hope you have a great day.

Had two queen size beds, Pull back the top cover, both beds,had hair on it pull back the the fitted sheet underneath was disgusting dirty with big stains on the cover underneath the fitted sheet. Window ledge had a dead bug on it after putting the toilet seat down Little specs of pubic hair on the back of the toilet seat…. Had little ants in the bathroom crawling

I was pretty disappointed with this hotel, as there were many issues that I faced. I stood and 6 inches of water in the shower the first day & there was a ceiling tile leak above my shower and had to be moved to another room after a few days. The staff was very kind and helping me, but it was highly inconvenient! Breakfast has only things like waffles and yogurt, etc. there were no eggs or sausage as I experienced and many other quality inns, more recently, Colorado Springs. There is no where to plug in your phones, everything needs to be updated! I ultimately ended up, moving to another hotel after my stay.

This place gave us an unsettling feeling since the time we walked in. Horror movie on the screen in the lobby and right next door to a cemetery. The hallway stunk like people were smoking cigars and just not a great experience

The room I was assigned had not been cleaned since previous guest (tv on, bed unmade, trash everywhere, etc). Front dest staff was nonchalant about this. The new room I got still had items in the refrigerator from prior guest. Definitely felt itchy in the bed--concerned for scabies now.

Loose Door Lock, No chain, hotel doesn't care.
I stopped for a quick overnight stay after driving 12 hours in fog and rain. I just wanted a simple place to rest my head for a few hours. The room was $103, I wanted a no frills room. The first room had a bad toilet which was making lots of noise, even with door closed. I asked for another room, and it was not a big deal other than being an inconvenience at 11pm. The second room, had a bad lock. The bolt was LOOSE and there was no chain. The man working at the lobby told me it was a safe area and not to worry about it but it was a non-refundable room. Hotels.com told me that I could not get a refund because the hotel manager said it was a non refundable room so I couldn't even leave to go to the hotel next door that had rooms at the same price. It was a horrible night of sleep as the hotel was more of a motel and smelled like a drug deal gone bad. It is NOT a safe area, as it is off the highway and did not feel at all safe to have a room with a door lock that was flimsy and no chain. In the morning at check out, the manager told me that he did not know the lock was loose and the chain not being there wasn't a big deal because the chain doesn't do anything anyways. I told him I would have been more comfortable with a chain and he told me that chains on hotel doors are not for safety. It was very frustrating and I told Hotels.com that they should warn clients that refunds arent't for safety concerns.
