Arrived at 8 p.m., check-in was quick and simple. Clerk was very friendly and he explained the amenities. Room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Room was very quiet and the air-conditioner was also was very quiet. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to everyone.

Convenient location for overnight stay

Posted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Enforce no smoking policy strictly
The location is great - right off I-80. We arrived after 7 pm, and it was nice to be able to grab a bite at the restaurant on premise. Check-in was a bit of a wait since there was only a lady working at the front desk and two parties ahead of me. Besides the location, I chose the hotel primarily because of its pet policy. The pets-allowed rooms have car ports right outside the rooms. It was also easy to walk our dog behind the hotel as it backs up to a cemetery. The hotel has a baggie dispenser right near the car ports so it was easy to clean up after the dog. The biggest negative is that the room floor had a sticky residue, probably from the cleanser used. The room smelled nauseatingly of artificial fragrance, perhaps to mask pet and tobacco odors. Even though we stayed in a non-smoking room, the bedding smelled of cigarettes. But that's typical of roadside hotels/motels.

Overnight Stay

Posted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: Great Bathroom, quiet room, comfortable beds
Cons: Passing through the smoking area to get to a smoke free room!
Location: Poconos in PA; very close to the Delaware Water Gap off Interstate 80.
The price wasn't bad at all. The hotel is very close to the Delaware Water Gap which isn't bad either. Just didn't like passing through the hallway where people are allowed to smoke; very disgusting even though I am a smoker. They should NEVER allow anyone to smoke in that area as you have to pass through it to get to your smoke free room. Though the door does prevent the smell of smoke seeping in to the other hallway; you still have to pass through it! A Big Turn Off!
