We didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t complimentary, you have to pay for it. Hotel needs to be upgraded. The location was beautiful would look great in the summer. The guy at front desk was nice and so was our waitress. We would stay here again.

We liked the closeness to Camelback ski area. The front staff was very helpful with additional towels, hangers and a rollaway bed. We noted that our shower curtain rod was in need of repair. We had grandsons and they loved the indoor pool. They do have a nice gym withe weights and other exercise equipment. We would come again.

Property felt homey when we entered with a beautiful view and fireplace. The view of the snow covered hills at camelback from our room were exquisite. We brought our 3 year old grandson with hopes that we would use the indoor pool. Upon entering the room, it was very cold and so was the water. We mentioned this to the front desk and they claim that is was 70 degrees. I:t was absolutely too cold to swim in a room that is 70 degrees in February, so we were unable to use the pool. There were not guests using the pool in the 2 days that we were there, and there were plenty of children around. Wake up management and contact a reputable heating mechanic.

Nice and quiet place, polite staff, beautiful view to mountain and lake with Swan. Room is comfortable. At the reception, the girl from Jamaica was attentive and sweet to us, she helped us to get early check in and upgrade of room. So sorry, no more Jacuzzi in this hotel 😢

Very dated floor and smelly. Our room smelled, remote for the TV didn’t work and the top comforters look like they’ve never been washed since 1980. Room was clean for the most part. Stayed here out of convenience for one night.

The location was great. But they wouldn’t let us stay in the suite we booked because it wasn’t pet friendly. The rooms are outdated and ugly. Honestly not worth it unless you are simply sleeping there.

My girlfriend and I wanted to have a romantic weekend getaway and decided to stay here because of the view and we wanted a place with an indoor pool. Overall we had a good time and would stay here again. However, we had an issue with the elevator being really slow and we also attempted to play air hockey and other stuff in the game room but the game room is a disaster because most of the games are broken, and you have to get tokens rather than being able to use actual quarters. The sauna was broken as well. So some things at this hotel clearly need maintenance, but overall it's a relatively affordable place with character that's in an area with lots of stuff to do.

While the room itself was tidy, it was impossible to overlook these glaring flaws, which detracted significantly from the overall experience. The lack of attention to maintenance and cleanliness was disappointing, to say the least. Despite these challenges, I must commend the staff for their professionalism and willingness to assist. They remained attentive to my needs and addressed my concerns promptly.

This property was clean and the staff was very nice. However, it is dated. We were in town for a ski weekend, so we were looking for convenience and a place to sleep. Price was reasonable and food was good.

There was heat and hot water in the shower. That was about it!! The whole place smelled like mold. Carpets were filthy. Broken sliding door to the balcony, lampshades with holes, and furniture missing pieces. Sad because it’s a beautiful spot

Outdated and run down
This resort has so much potential but is in desperate need of updating and repair. We only slept there so we didn’t use anything like the pool. The staff when we checked in and out were friendly but someone turned our keycards off this night before we checked out. It’s close to Camelback but we would never stay there again or recommend someone else stay there. The security chain was broken, the drain in the bathroom sink was rusted, the tub looked moldy, the hair dryer plug was put together with electrical tape, and the faucet handle needed to be replaced.

My visit was good but the rooms need to be updated they are old. Our phone in room and light next to bed was not plugged in and we had no way of doing this. The outlets have to much play so a little afraid to use. The heater in room sounded like it was going to quit thankfully it didn’t.
