I was first checked into a room where the bed was dirty . It was full of human hair & pet hair . I was then checked into another room which a bit better & more spacious but it didn’t have the sofa which is the room I paid for . Also I spotted dead cockroaches around the room . The breakfast options could have been better or switched . It was just simple eggs & bacon & the waffle maker really , I felt there could have been a little bit of a better variety or like I said they could switched it to possibly sausage for breakfast ?

Convenient for day trip
The hotel was conveniently located to the ski resort. The room was modern, clean and bed comfortable. Temperature control was good. The only issue was being woken up in the middle of the night due to the bathroom pipes making a banging noise. Probably due to the temperature dropping but I closed the door and it muffled the sound. That’s my only issue because it affected a sound sleep. The staff were friendly and provided a listed of restaurants and things to do in the area.

We stayed at this hotel because the website stated pool and whirlpool. There is no whirlpool. Pool is open until 10pm but they shut the heat off at 5 pm both nights. No towels were at the pool, but front desk did find some when asked. Lobby floor under construction. Restaurant was closed without warning. Floor in room was a hard floor and not mopped recently. We spilled water and wiped it with a washcloth-cane up black. Heat in room seemed to shut off in the night. Front desk was friendly and was proper. Breakfast was good, good assortment and was hot. Buckets catching roof leaks on several floors. Cost should have been lower for conditions. Beds were clean. Never cleaned room or emptied trash during two night stay. People nice … facility no so much.

A cheap hotel by the ski place
It was ok. There was a pool, no hot tub. The bath tub plub was broken so it kept draining out the water. The breakfast was disgusting. The mattress was decent. The desk people were good and made good recommendations for food. The maid was loud and audible from inside the room.

Strange stay
Okay stay. Was charged before arrival although I chose “pay at property” so that was strange to me. After we checked in and mad our way up to the room our door was crack with the indoor lock flipped out which took us off guard. After going back down the front desk person just said the cleaning people probably left it open, still felt strange. Water didn’t drain in the tub and the room stayed pretty warm. The day we were leaving someone attempted to open our door at 8:20 AM. We heard the door open and get caught on in room lock, a receipt was left on the floor in the entry way. This was very weird to me, having someone attempt to open the door while we were sleeping. Check in and out was easy.

Very nice great location we went snowboarding at Jack Frost it’s less than 10 minutes away. There’s Wawa McDonalds Burger King Arby’s all right next to it.

Disgusting
Place was dirty floor to ceiling. Entire hotel smells like fabuloso but floors are still disgusting. Water leaks and damage in lobby. Only upside was the pool was clean and clear.

Hotel was clean but grounds were a mess. Some care outdoors would be nice. They could attract a new audience with EV charging. Nearest lvl 3 charger was 32 miles away.

Tbh I didn't like anything about this place. We first got there and the room was freezing I inspected the bed as I always do and the pillowcases had stains on them. The tub was dirty and there were no extra blankets We turned the heat on and left so it can warm up. Went to the front desk to get clean pillows and they said they don't have any extra pillows. Ok not ok but what could we do. We went back to the room and it was still freezing called and they moved us to another room. My suggestion to management is to do quality control before you start renting these rooms out to people. It's very nasty to have a stained pillowcase and dirty bathroom . And from what I understand we weren't the only ones . The say there is a restaurant and game room yeah no that's not true. And if you book on a site that says pay at the hotel . That's a lie they took my payment out on the Friday. The Choice Hotel brand holds high standards . This is the worst hotel I've ever been to and we travel a lot . Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money at the holiday in across the street.
