Family time together.

My two children had a nice time especially in the indoor pool. It was easy to get to attractions in the area. I took my children to the land of make believe & camal back beach they loved it. I will do it again next year.

Pros: Not much.
Cons: Their attitude to guests when they check in.
Location: Delaware river.
Rude receptionist and argued with me when I said that expedia had arranged an early checkin. Charged me twenty dollars extra to check in early by two hours. Soured the experience of the hotel.

Room was clean and comfy. Just a bit cold. The pool is indoors and open until 10pm.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Change the staff. Throw away all the beddings and rip out the carpets. Don't allow the staff to live in the hotel, it's not a professional.
Location: It way right off the highway. Nothing interesting near by.
The staff was not friendly at all. They seem to all live in the hotel. The breakfast was not good. It was cereal and watery oat meal. One slow toaster for everyone to use. The carpet was filthy and wet and smell bad. The box springs on the beds were exposed and full of stains and needs to be thrown away. The cleaning staff did not speak English and did not understand what the guest needed. Their was one staff at the breakfast area and she did not speak English nor was she friendly. The food was horrible. One staff member lied and said the hotel did not have connecting rooms and we found out during our stay that they do have connecting rooms. The staff smoke profusely all around the hotel.

Date night

The room was reasonable and it did its job but there were hairs found in the sheets and it wasn't mine or my girlfriends. Also, the hotel was far out of the way for most places except for bushkill falls and Shawnee. The attractions were a bit of a drive but canoeing down the river was amazing!

Not so nice and very noisy

Pros: The pool was pretty decent.
Cons: Not much they can do about proximity to highway, but they can give there rooms a makeover.
Location: The hotel is just a mile from the town of Delaware Water Gap and the National Recreation Area. There are a lot of things to do outdoors.
This hotel was pretty run down and too close to the highway, there was very loud traffic noise all night. A room on the opposite side of the highway would have been better, but we were not given one of those despite the hotel not being close to full. The rooms were outdated with a musty smell. The free breakfast in the morning was very limited.

Decent hotel for a quick overnight

This hotel was fair but I probably wouldn't stay longer than one night. The rooms are not insulated very well so I was able to hear people coming and going all through the night. The room was clean but smelled very strongly of room deodorizer and my room was facing the parking lot so it was very bright due to headlights. The curtains didn't close all the way to block out the light. The restaurant served really good Mexican food.

This hotel looks decent from online. I am a truck driver and rely on internet due to having to make last minute reservations. The internet and the person I spoke with told me there was truck parking. There was not and I felt horrible taking up most of the parking lot. I was happy there was a resturaunt here but was completely discouraged by the people hanging at bar area inside resturaunt. The beds were very very uncomfortable. I need a receipt for my stay and the hotel refused to give me one. I will never stay here again and will be sure to inform fellow truckers.

Worst hotel experience ever

We stayed four nights. The whole time we were there they had a children's camp staying in the rooms next door. The noise was horrid. Staff refused to move us.

Very old carpet and old bedding. Not very clean. I will not recommend to anyone
