Room 208: the floors of the bedroom (upper level) squeak that woke me or my wife up everytime either of us went to the bathroom. The view of the creek from inside the restaurant is beautiful.

The location and views from the restaurant were stunning . The room could have done with some updating and newer bed linen would have been nice , there was an air conditioning unit nearby and noise could be heard from other rooms sadly . However the restaurant food was lovely just such a shame they did not supply breakfast . The staff were very welcoming and helpful .

Our stay at ledges was wonderful. It’s a beautiful hotel with excellent staff and a delicious restaurant. We had a bit of an issue with another room playing music really loud but it was addressed and we were well taken care of. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Staff very nice.Technically there is no free tv. One has to log into their Apple or similar accounts.Older tv, 2 remotes, For the price, the TV issue should be upgraded. Breakfast you have to leave the hotel, drive to another building on the property, but good breakfast

Gorgeous Hotel
Room was very small but beautiful. Staffer Dave was very friendly and helpful and the whole facility was gorgeous. Free cocktail and events and a wonderful restaurant. Expensive, but highly recomend

The place was very nice, I just feel it was not worth the cost of the room, TV was only 32 inches and no live TV, the bed was very low too the floor and not as comfortable of a bed you would expect in this type of a hotel.

Interesting hotel. Fun place to stay. Room small but adequate for one night. Staff super... Be careful of all the hidden charges!!!! Resort fee - a scam, cleaning fee - a scam. Taxes on taxes? Even had to make a $20 donation. Hate this approach to run a business.

Excellent Stay!
Saw this in Select Inn magazine and on a whim booked it. It far exceeded my expectations! It is beautiful , relaxing and overall excellent. Dave at the front desk is amazing! He goes above and beyond! It was incredible watching him juggle all the odd needs of guests. Cocktails were excellent. Sister properties are amazing! We took in all the activities and had a wonderful weekend!

Overnight stay
We found this place kind of randomly looking for a stopover on our way home. This hotel is really lovely, situated on a waterfall in town. The room is small but comfy and well appointed. The design of the spaces makes it a very welcoming hotel to stay and relax in. The restaurant serves an excellent menu. The food and drink were above expectations. The people were welcoming and very friendly and approachable. We'd recommend it and hope to go back.

The room had a table that could used for working on a computer but no suitable chair. The bathroom was small no counter space--most things have to go on the floor. The shower head aims straight down from the ceiling. That is OK but you must stand under it while turning the water on/off and adjusting the water temperature.

The view is spectacular. But the staff is equally wonderful – very attentive, eager to help and to engage in conversation about the area. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite and it was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be returning - with friends.

Checked in a bit early and found room ready for my husband and I. Wonderful! Best part of the trip.. Gentlemen behind the desk had a wonderful personality and very kind, and explained the hotel and its amenities, didn’t feel rushed. Loved him! The problem was, my husband and I wanted to take a weekend to relax and unwind in the country…seemed like a place that would be tranquil…there’s waterfalls, nature all around, seclusion from the rest of the town, etc. Each night until 11:30pm-12am, there was loud conversations from the rooms beside us, banging from the room above and to top it off, groups of drunken people leaving the attached restaurant establishment “glass”. Car door slamming … Beds are terrible, pillows are even worst… I requested extra pillows from the women at the front desk and I received an attitude. After two days, I couldn’t wait for morning to pack up and leave. Felt like I was back in my college dorm, and even there I had a better mattress… All I know is that “settlers inn” is a little further up the road, and have stayed there before… should have stayed there for the same price. This hotel was a disappointment…. If you are looking for a place to spend some R&R… not the spot!

Disappointing from arrival I was made to feel unwelcome.this is clearly not a hotel that cares about singles. While booked through Expedia at no time was I told the room was 1st floor, small, near both the lobby and overlooking the parking lot even though I called the hotel ahead specifying the need for a quiet room.Parties congregated loudly until well past 11 in the parking lot & the band played nearby well past the allotted time.no staff saw to keep the door btw the lobby& outside dining where the band was closed which may have helped.front desk did not answer when i called about the extended band time. I had to wait at Check in while the attendant not only told the couple ahead of me where to find their room but escorted them and leisurely described the activities.By contrast I was literally shooed away then handed the key and brochure pointed in the direction of my room and though I needed help with my luggage was not provided it. The room was just ok.there is no fridge for snacks.The best part was use of the sister hotels which I wish I had stayed at instead. I was also ignored at the bar during cocktails whilst a couple who came well after me were served immediately. room service doesn't answer. I felt like an afterthought and was given the worst room. overall, a bad experience/ very expensive with hidden fees like 4 "sales tax" items, a room cleaning fee AND resort fee and "settlers donation"

The gorge and dining areas were beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The suite was a bit worn looking, with limited AC downstairs, upstairs was fine. The rocks going up to the overlook deck seemed a bit unsafe, with loose rocks about. Also, the road leading into the hotel could use some repair. The Glass Bar dining area was beautiful, with scenic views and a great ambiance, but the menu could have additional standard choices. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I have been coming here for years and loved it. Unfortunately something has changed recently…while check in was fine, our room on the 2nd floor of our suite was 90 degrees despite a portable AC there. We figured it would cool down at night but didn’t…it actually got worse as the AC exhaust disconnected from the back of the unit and you could see all the tape where they had tried to fix this previously. This made the room even hotter and unbearable that my wife and I couldn’t get back to sleep. In addition to that, the service at Glass was lackluster, and you could tell they were severely understaffed. Multiple tables complained about wait times and the outdoor heaters ran out of propane with no replacement-leaving people cold and being asked to be moved inside. Unfortunately the food was extremely overpriced for what you got too-we got a tiny oversalted ribeye, and a chicken dish that had less than one chicken breast. We both left hungry and unimpressed. I spoke to the person at the main desk the next day who apologized. I also left a message on their website asking for a response, but never received a reply. I’m not sure if there is new management, but this once reliable hotel and restaurant seems to have changed.
