Nice setting, staff great but the room was filthy.

The hotel WS nice, staff was great BT the room was filthy....had mold on the glass panels directly overlooking the pool below, the heart shaped tub was dirty n the overall room was un kept..The balcony hasn't been swept free of cobwebs n debri in weeks....

Did Not Meet Expectations!

Cons: Hotel ambience, resort activities.
We were unaware that the rooms were not attached to the main building. Upon arrival to our room, the overall ambience was "less than average" and certainly "did not meet expectations." Though the room was clean, there were several things that appeared to be outdated, or in need of replacement. The activities at the resort were limited, which left us 'bored' for most of our stay. The food, however, was great, especially the breakfast-buffet. Moving forward, we would choose another option for a weekend getaway.....

Dirty rooms terrible food

Pros: Nothing
The toilet was overflowing when we arrived. We had a pool in our room that the heater was broken. After 4 calls still no pool heat. Each call took front desk at least 20 rings to answer. Was switched to a different room next morning no upgrade very inconvenient

It was a good second time going to poconos. Needs renovations for the price paid. Overall was good.

Champagne Towel - Terrible

My husbands and I needed a getaway weekend to just relax and we decided to go to Poconos Palace Resort. The room is beutiful but nothing works! The champagne glass jacuzzi didn't have hot water so we couldn't use it and that's the whole point on getting the champagne towel. Pool area was cold, AC wasn't working, uncomfortable bed and helpless staff. Don't waste your time and money there!

Well, not what I expected. The room needs updating and minor fixes. Do not get the all inclusive package it is way overpriced. We only had breakfast and that was so so. I will never go back. They also charge you a resort fee which I think is foolish, not the resort experience at all.

Great get a way.

Great time, staff fantastic. Rob cxo was the best. Top staffers: bartenders in lounge, Mathew and Gail (morning front desk) very helpful, Matthew snowmobiling fantastic. All the staff we engaged withe we're pleasant and very helpful. The only issue we had was out door freeling since it was 12 degrees, but facilities got it opened in no time. We will be returning for sure.

great stay

Me and my girlfriend went to pocono palace resort for our anniversary and we had a great time. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Tons of activities including snowmobiling and ping pong, night club with different shows. Not sure about the food we didn't eat there but overall was a fun time. definitely coming back
