ok for one or two nightsPosted Jun 11, 2015
Pros: The staff was friendly.
Cons: Provide amenities for pets, since this is a hotel that accommodates pets.
Location: I loved going to the outlet mall.
We wanted to meet some friends in that area and I booked 2 nights at this hotel, simply because I wanted to take my puppy shepherd with me and I wanted a nice holel (not average) which accepts pets. The staff was very friendly and polite. The breakfast was fine, but nothing special. My room on the ground floor was near the entrance and the shower had a great jet / water flow. This room was a non smoking room with a large king size bed. However a few times when going out, there were people right outside the entrance, who were smoking, so to get in or out, you had to pass through that cloud of smoke. Also regarding providing any facilities for dogs, there were none. You simply had to pay $50 a day in addition to your regular rate, to have your dog in your room. We had brought our crate with us, so we did not cause any damage but others before us, had not been careful as there was a small hole on the side of the couch. There were no where green grass so the dog can do it's thing, and no bag dispenser and trash for that. My hubby had to take the dog to other places outside the grounds of the hotel. The grounds had rocks and no grass, and the grass portion was not maintained. Overall I will give this hotel a 3 star. Other than the hotel, there was not much to do in the area, other than the outlet mall.

Great place to stayPosted Jun 9, 2015
Pros: That it was close to everything. Clean and safe.
Cons: Desk chairs should be replaced for comfort. Mattresses need more support
Location: Buck Hill Falls is close as well as Pocono International Raceway. Restaurants are also close.
Room was clean and well kept although furniture was not comfortable. Mattress had no support. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Hotel is close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms need sound proofing!Posted Mar 24, 2015 on Hotels
The hotel was very nice except for the noise in the rooms next to mine. You could hear the conversations even with the tv on. And the flushing of the toilet made us think water was leaking in our room. Other than the noise, we had a great stay.

Pleasant hotel, good locationPosted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: It is very clean, seems pretty new. there is a free breakfast buffet that is decent as well.
Cons: they should have coffee and tea 24 /7 in the lobby.
Location: Great location for all Pocono attractions.
We use this hotel whenever visiting our son at East Stroudsburg University. It is convenient to that as well as many other area attracions.

Great Night stay in a clean hotel with a very friendly staff. Breakfast was good, and they serve a happy hour on Monday-Thurs for guests. All in all a great experience and will stay here again.

Dogs bewarePosted Feb 27, 2015 on Hotels
The guy at the front desk, whose name escapes me, was excellent!!! He greeted us coming and going and helped us find our way around the mountains a lot easier. The only thing I didn't like about the space was the fact that dogs stayed at the establishment, which I hugely overlooked before booking. The Internet kept kicking us off making us sign in multiple times. Otherwise our stay was great
