Beautiful kitchen and loved that it had a dishwasher. Room had everything we needed without asking. Breakfast was good too.

I booked this overnight stay to rest and view homes the next day, coming from NYC. Was woken up at 3:30am by a couple of men that were yelling at each other, one of them screaming for help! And asking his partner why he stabbed him. The police eventually came and the conversation then continued for what seemed forever. Very scary! I reported to the front desk clerk who was on her 2nd shift there and there was no manager on duty. I’m expecting to at least have some kind of credit for this stay.

Your property was close to the outlets we wanted to visit, amazing staff and delicious breakfast. Our room had a couple of ladybugs in there though.

Melissa at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was nice. Free breakfast was wonderful. Only complaints are:the sofa bed was beyond terrible and there was no restaurant or bar in the hotel (which was disappointing because it was implied that there was in reviews and pictures). Also ate at Trackside first night and did like at all. Overall a great stay and very convenient to Shawnee.

Had so much fun going snow tubing locally, and staying at the staybridge! The pool was super cold but still had a fun time! Definitely will be back .

The property needs updating. Furniture is old, carpet nets to be replaced. We got stuck in the elevator. They got it fixed, but it still sound like it going to break down again. It is very nosie. Staff during the day was very nice. Second shift staff not very friendly. It is the worst Staybridge we ever stay in.

Overall my stay was good, the safe are friendly and the breakfast was good. The one thing i didn’t like was the thermostat was set at a default temperature that i couldn’t change and i was kind of cold. But everything else was good.

Disappointing
Furniture uncomfortable and worn out. Could not sit on it. Marks on carpeting in room. Strong odor of detergent in room as if trying to cover another smell. Entire place needs an update. No USB chargers in room. Could not charge our phones. Light bulbs blown in room. We were only there for 1 night so we didn’t bother changing rooms. Would not stay here again.

Beautiful location for several places we frequent. Also nice to have a stocked kitchenette. Adjustable air/heat. Reasonable priced although they charge a $50.00 a night incidental fee. They do reverse it but it takes days. It’s a lot to put on your credit card immediately. Every other hotel we’ve stayed at (Hilton, Hyatt etc.) only charge $50.00 once. Luckily we could afford it this time but don’t know about future visits. We have always stayed here many times but may have to call around & check policies. Thank you.

The AC was extremely loud when active and my friend and I had throat irritation and which led to constant coughing while in room but wasn't as bad when we weren't in the room. The elevator seemed like it would break down any moment! I hate to say it but I would never recommend this hotel for any of my family or friends!

Room was comfortable and clean. The hallways were very dirty in certain areas with a bad odor throughout. Also bought some food from the pantry that was spoiled. Was refunded for that. Staff was helpful.
