It was more than satisfying stay, at a good part of city from which everything of interest is within maximum of 20 minutes walk. I was surprised that the receptionist asked me “if I am sure that I am not Gerardo (my name is Georgi)” as if I would not know my name all of a sudden, while the issue was within her looking at a different day for check-ins. Apart from that all went good- there was options for 5 euro per person for breakfast which should be skipped as the breakfast at the hotel restaurant is mediocre - one should walk to the nearest bakery for nice and tasty burek. The restaurant though had great dishes, which I enjoyed for a dinner, and they came at a normal price. Overall good experience 8/10

We got in very late and I was very appreciative that there was front desk staff at that hour. This is a relatively small hotel. We were very happy with how clean the room was. The floor especially was clean. There was a lingering odor of cigarette smoke. That was not particularly lovely. The size of the bathroom was great. The little balcony was nice. It was a little noisy late at night. This was a little bit unsettling. One of the things we wanted was convenience to public transportation and that was great. We were also given a couple of extra hours to check out given that we had gotten in so late. The front desk staff was very amenable . They were also very helpful. This was both the late night person and the person that we checked out with when we left. The wait staff in the restaurant was also very very nice.
