This hotel gives the appearance of a luxury hotel from the drive up and the lobby, but hallways of the upper floors are dark with low ceilings. Despite the pricing and the luxury appearance, between the hardwood floors throughout the rooms and a lack of sufficient insulation, you can hear every stomping step of the neighbors above. Despite there being 5 elevators for the guest room floors, you always have to wait forever for one to get to you, and expect to have to squeeze into a full elevator. Also, if you park in B2 level, you will have to take one of the guest room elevators to level 1, walk across the length of the building, and then take a second elevator. Not very convenient or well-designed.
Rooms are basic and a bit bare, and ceilings are oddly low, but beds are very comfortable, shower is nice, and view is not bad even though we weren’t on the lake side of the building.
