"Property was great! Comfortable, cozy and had everything we needed. Washer and dryer took a long time to do a load of laundry but got the job done nonetheless. Rodney was responsive to texts and offered up suggestions on dining when asked. No grill or fire pit like listed unless it was tucked away where we didn’t see. Wasn’t important enough to ask about though. Didn’t impact our stay. Ocean beach is nice but it’s a little drive time wise to the nicer beaches for families. Would stay again for...

"My daughters and I (and our two dogs) had a lovely stay at this property! It was comfortable, reasonably priced, very dog friendly, had a lovely garden with a backyard gate that went directly to a paved walk to the dog-friendly beach! Fully equipped with linens and kitchen supplies. Very kind owner met us and showed us around. Thank you!"
