Close to beach is good.

Pros: NOTHING!
Cons: Room need to decorate better, walls, too plains, nothing is fancy.
Location: Shops, beach.
Room are not that great, too much noisy. Kids running around. Shower are too tiny. Bed is not comfortable.... Not very happy. Too expensive. Wouldn't recommend. And we are NOT going back there.

I would double check the room to see if all the amenities are actually there. My room did not have a microwave as listed. Was a small inconvenience.

Close to the beach far from comfortable

The location was great everything else horrible the beds gave me and my boyfriend horrible back pain. The bathroom had a horrible smell of pee and was dirty. There were left overs of old molded chicken in the fridge that stunk the whole room.

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. While the room had some new furnishings, the general condition of the hotel suggested that it had suffered a fair amount of wear and tear.

Close to everything, easy to get everywhere

Room was a bit cold, water took a while to get warm, even longer to get hot. Found a bed bug on one of my pillows. Nice, friendly staff, ok amenities but would not stay here again.

I think this building is sinking. Everything seemed to be on a slant. The walls are paper thin and it feels like the neighboring rooms are sharing space with you. The room itself was clean but the bathroom was in need of some TLC. I will say the staff is friendly.

Polar Bear Plunge Weekend

Pros: Our rooms were all close so we can hang out.
Cons: The bathroom in 202 was very small - as you go to the bathroom you get stabbed by the sink.
Location: Was in walking distance to everything regarding the polar bear plunge. Did not have to use the car.
We had five rooms total and had a very good time.

A sobering experience

Very few people pass through Seaside Heights in the dead of winter, so most of the hotels are closed. Staff was friendly, but I have never had stained (although clean) sheets at a hotel, at any price. Judging from appearances, and the clientele, I think this is used as a temporary housing hotel for the homeless in the off-season. Luckily, I had to check out at 5 a.m! If you can afford it, stay in Toms River instead.
