I've always liked staying here. The staff and dining were excellent as usual; however, some facilities were not in order. The treadmill in the exercise room was not working right, , actually dangerous as I was thrown off because of a badly slipping belt. And out outside door lock was dysfunctional because of a dead battery.

The location of the hotel is really nice but the walls are thin. You can clearly hear people talking in the next room. It definitely needs an update. There are quite a few sketchy people coming and going because of the casino. Came out to my vehicle and there was a woman parked next to me in a busted up vehicle with the drivers side window completely tapped up cause it had been smashed out doing drugs in the drivers seat while the truck was running. Probably won’t stay there again.

The room was nice with a great view, really enjoyed the balcony! The neighboring room was really loud, we could hear their conversations.

Lighting is dim. Cigarette smoke so thick it reduces visibility. Rooms are just okay, several crumbs and such upon arrival. Trash around the outside. Casino is full of sketch, really felt unsafe. Shooting in the parking lot on the afternoon we left. They allowed our pet, which was nice, but would not recommend for children.

The bartenders and security officers were great. There was A disturbance across the hall and Security handled it perfectly and made sure everything was ok.

Staff is downright rude. Also incompetent. I paid Expedia but front desk clerk nailed my CC for the room anyways. I was in a bit of a bind and requested an early check in. No cars in the parking lot, yet was told could not check in before 4pm! Rudely. Then she charged me for the room, and way more than Expedia charged me, too. The room is nicely decorated, but the amenities and supplies are 2 star at best. Sad for such a great location on the lake shore. Tried 5 visits in two months and was disappointed every time. Won't be going back.

I stayed with a few class mates and they mentioned after looking under the sheets there were toenails and dog hair. The walls were not very nice as I expected. More expensive hotel for rooms that are not as clean as cheaper hotels... Perhaps a note for next time

Clean large quiet suite. Full size fridge, comfortable bed and sofa. Quality furniture. No bath tub, just a shower. Beautiful lakeside location and views from private balconies. Awesome!

My room was great. We went to have dinner at the restaurant, dinning area a room set up as a dinning area Not very nice. Food was mediocre and over priced. No Kleenex in room, had to ask for tp as well . I asked housekeeping, if I could have my bed made up and dirty towels picked up, the gentle mean told me I had to pay for that. Staff at night watched tv or in a huddle gossiping. Very disappointing! We had no Wi-Fi said something to front desk, nothing happened.

The bathroom was unclean & the water pressure was very low it was a beautiful waterfall showerhead but unfortunately what came out of it was only a drizzle. The staff in the restaurant was unaccommodating and inattentive was too busy socializing with friends.

The swimming pool and hot tub were very unclean. We didn’t even swim here. It was so loud until about 3am we couldn’t sleep. I told the staff we were unhappy and the response was oh. We would not go back or recommend this facility.
