Great place! Only downside--the cigarette smell from the casino.

Great view of the flathead!Posted Jun 18, 2014
Good hotel, experienced better but very good location in Polson! Excellent view of the Flathead Lake from our back patio. Room was clean and efficient, roll away bed given was terrible. Wrecked my back! A little pricy overall for comfort but overall enjoyed this hotel

Weekend getaway.Posted Sep 14, 2013
Had a great time. My date was very happy with one exception. We took my Harley and she packed very lightly. When she went to the boutique (to purchase a pair of sandals) at 5:45 the girl told her she was closed. The boutique closed at 6:00. I went a step further and went to the front desk and the situation was remedied at once. Furthermore, I had lost a knife when I called housekeeping said they had found and would be returning I. I received two days later. James

On the shore of Flathead Lake.Posted Aug 18, 2013
Pros: Not much.
Cons: Everything. More customer service oriented staff for one.
Location: On the shore of Flathead Lake
Very frustrated from check-in. Front desk clerk appeared very inexperienced. Very confusing directions to our room. "Down the hall to the elevator, down one floor to another elevator, then up one floor to your room." Difficult to find room and 2 staff just laughed at us when they asked how we ere doing.

Disappointing facility.Posted Jul 18, 2013
Pros: The front desk was helpful, business center useful and staff pleasant.
Cons: The hotel needs an upgrade and be better prepared with an assortment of menus from local restaurants that deliver or have take out.
Given the price of the room I thought I was treating myself to a nice place. It was instead very average. The facility is very tired, has no restaurant, closest one in walking distance is a mile, with the exception of the C Mart next door with microwaveable burgers as take out. I felt stranded and like I was in a very basic room that anywhere else I would have paid less than $100 for. I found Polson & Whitefish to be really nice areas and would choose either town instead of Kalispell again.

Nice room on lakePosted Jun 27, 2013
The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the view from the room was beautiful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who was intending to go to Glacier National Park. We had a wonderful two night stay.
