Before we check in, we were offered to stay at their pool area. We walk through beautiful tropical walk way to a pool. We noticed another pool hidden behind a building that offer a nice quiet shaded area. We lounged and looked at the ocean until check-in. It reminded us of top end hotels in Indonesia, Hawaii, Mexico, etc. the manager, Harris, introduced himself to us and told about their great restaurant. We had lunch that was very good. Everything including tartar source for my blackened mahi mahi, fried caramari, Cuban sandwich seemed to be made from scratch. The menu was very impressive.
The room was large and quiet. From our room, 107's balcony, we could see white Bird of Paradise flower and many tropical plants. Happy hour seems popular but it was not loud cloud. We stayed only one evening. Next time we go, we would like yep to stay several nights at higher floor to enjoy ocean view.

We had a great stay. Seating for guests using the pool is limited. Seating around pool is primarily for bar/restaurant patrons, guests and locals. Sunbathing area is on north side of bar away from the pool. Seems this could be reversed. Servers are great. Parking is limited at night because of bar/restaurant popularity for locals. City should let guests park across the street for free with hotel pass.
