“Could've been worse.....”

The Quality Inn Ponca City overall was nice, but...our room, well, the microwave was missing, which is a big deal for us as we are coffee drinkers, and would like to have a "hot" cup of coffee. The door knob on the bathroom door was falling off, literally, and the toilet would not shut off. And being in the middle of the night, I had to get in there and fix the chain on the flapper, and get my clippers out to tighten the screws on the door knob as the door was a very tight fit, and pulling on the door to open it, the knob was actually getting ready to be pulled off. Other than that, it was clean, and quiet, it is centrally located and easy access on the main road going through town. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was absolutely wonderful! I would be willing to stay there again if the need arises.

Good for the price. Clean pool. Nice pillows. Staff was very helpful. Location- good.

“Okay for a place to sleep”

We just needed a place to sleep for a couple of nights, and the hotel was fine for that.

“Horrible experience”

I checked into my room came back a few hours later and the room was very dirty, tv on, etc. IT was so bad I got in my car and went to the holiday innn express. I also did not feel safe.
