Pros: Cleanliness. Price. Short distance to downtown.
Cons: Typical cafe-bar...for breakfast cafe, croissants, hot chocolate...
Location: Close to downtown, buses to airport, short cab drive to rail station, (less than 30 minute walk if travelling with no suitcases).
First levels of hotel have been renovated. Our room was very clean. Decor pleasant. Don't be discouraged by location; it is actually very close (walking distance) to city centre, and safe area. Short cab-drive from current train station; and a 20-minute walk from port. This hotel will be ideally located when the new train station is finished (it will be just across the station, with eventual new fast rail service to other parts of Spain). Hotel run by owners. Cafe-bar simple but clean. City buses to airport (less than two Euros per passenger within short distance of hotel) much preferable than the 37 euros taxi ride! Elevator available. When booking ask for renovated rooms. At 45 euros per night, we could not have asked for a better deal!
