A great time hadPosted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Pools are awesome
Location: Reef, croc farm, waterfalls
The resort rooms are a little tired but comfortable. No Foxtel or access to play DVD's which is hard when the weather is bad or you have small kids.

Great value for moneyPosted Jun 27, 2014
Pros: We loved the staff, villa size was great for family, air con and fans very much appreciated and used, easy to relax and enjoy our holiday.
Cons: Couch was really uncomfortable! Sorry :)
We had a ball! Staff were so friendly and helpful, restaurant produced some high quality meals, room had almost everything we needed - would stay there again :)

RendezvousPosted Jun 24, 2014
Pros: Pools are nice. There is a lot of room in the apartments.
Cons: There is a service fee for fresh towels. linen, shampoo, toilet paper, etc that really should be included in the initial fare.
Location: Town and beach are short $5 shuttle bus rides away.
Staff are busy and confused. I was charged additionally on arrival without authorisation despite having paid with expedia already. Once I noticed the fee on my credit card this was fixed up. Hotel is also out of town however there is a shuttle that costs $5 an adult each way. There are also servicing fees that really should be included in the initial price such as replacement toilet paper, fresh towels, etc.

Just one nightPosted May 31, 2014
Pros: shuttle buses were there every 15/20 mins to get into the main street. Pool area and BBQ area looked fantasic and very inviting. Rooms were spacious.
Cons: buffet breakfast was on the cold side would've been better if hotter. Table and chairs on patio would've been nicer under cover for when rained
Location: location was great, 15/20 min walk to beach for beautiful sunrises, a short shuttle bus ride to the wharf, Anzac park and main street & Sunday Market
Spent one night here, apartment was comfy and only wish the weather had been nicer to enjoy the pool that was near me, grounds and pool looked lovely. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly and also allowed me to check in early which was fantastic as I was tired when arrived.

Nice resort bad room , needs updating badly.Posted May 8, 2014
The stay was good but the loungeroom suite was very uncomfortable and the rooms do need refurbishment. The resort facilities were good . There were no fly screens on the doors at all which meant u could not leave doors open due to mossies and safety. I would not stay in that particular room again due to these facts.

Reasonable hotel, great staff.Posted Apr 14, 2014
The staff here were fantastic- really helpful and knowledgable about the area, even with an oncoming cyclone! The pool is pleasant, but a little small for a resort this size, and you need to be quick to get a lounger! The villas were well equipped, but rather tired- ours had a broken fan and the floors in particular could do with replacing. Top tip: don't bother going for the 'breakfast included' option- it only covers the continental breakfast which is very limited and you could make it yourself in your villa for a fraction of the price (or buy a much more comprehensive breakfast in town for less)!

Great Location Great Room and fantastic staff.Posted Apr 6, 2014
Pros: I love the location, the rooms are great it felt like home as soon as we walked in the door
Cons: The only thing would be the design of the showers, the floor gets a little wet.
Location: Port Douglas, heaps of things to do, two places within half and hour are the Dream time walk at Mossman Gorge, and Hartleys Crocodile adventures.
The staff have thought of everything, for a couple or a family every detail is there for you.

Great location and facilitiesPosted Mar 20, 2014
Pros: The size of the townhouses/rooms and the pool facilities.
Location: Located 5min drive from the main street and about the same from the main highway makes it a perfect location
Stayed 2 nights in March and found it comfortable, clean and loved the pool areas. Staff were friendly and helpful. Townhouses were clean, spacious with seperate air con units for each area which kept it nice and cool. Close to town with shuttle bus service for a small fee which is super convienient.
