The parking lot paving and entrance didn’t look good. If didn’t have a reservation we’d have kept going. Inside the carpet at the elevator was tread bare. Our room was clean and comfortable however there were old stains on the white sheets on one of the beds. We went to breakfast about 30 minutes before it closed to find they had run out of food and had to leave to find a restaurant.

The room they gave me had bed bugs. I woke up at 1:00am with bites all over me. I went to the hospital and I was told they were bed bugs bites. The hotel refunded my money but I'm not a happy person about it all. My trip was ruined

I would stay at this hotel again. It was a good value for the money. The things I really liked were the room itself, the amenities, and the continental breakfast. I was put off by the conduct of the front desk staff when I checked in. Two of them were conversing and carrying on quite loudly, reviewing room assignments of other guests who had already checked in and debating whether they were correct or not. A third staff member, who was more professional in his conduct, checked me in while they continued to carry on, oblivious to any guests who might be present. The other staff I encountered were friendly and professional. The woman who was tending to the breakfast the following morning was excellent and very helpful.

We asked for another room because the room they gave us smelled awful, and the floors were sticky and dirty. Also was a double bed and we booked a king bed.The elevator was faulty as the hydraulics banged and thumped three times before the door opened and it was questionable as to whether or not the door was going to open.

It was by far the worst hotel I have ever seen! The room was disgusting! It smelled like old cigarette smoke and urine. The sheets were dirty (hair and stains) and bugs in the room. We couldn’t even spend the night. We ran out of there. The elevator is about to break down and the halls smell like marijuana. The area just doesn’t feel safe at all.

This place is run down. The bathroom was dirty, they painted one of the walls in the shower, at least 3 different "touch up paint" colors in the bathroom. Missing grout and mildew. Smelled horrible from air freshener, could feel uneven floor under carpet.

The hotel is run down and dated. The elevator seems like it’s about to plunge to the basement. There was a hole in the wall under the light above the sink. It looked like Mickey Mouse or one of his brothers was about to pay me a visit. The HVAC unit struggled to operate. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were the brightest spot of my stay. Each cheerful, helpful and kind.

Made a reservation for suite oversized room. Arrived and given key to room, would not open. Room was occupied. Given another room but again was not available. Given another room and was able to enter. This was not an oversized room. Excepted because we were exhausted but…toilet would not flush. Off to another room. Clerks was very apologetic and nice throughout debacle. Bottom line we did not receive the room we reserved and paid for. Probably will not use BW in the future.

We had a horrible experience. Asked for two wake up calls which I never received. 6 rowdy men right outside the front door with chairs. Beer. Whiskey. Very loud. It made for not a pleasant experience to get to your vehicle. Saturday breakfast was fine. However on Sunday there was hardly anything to eat. No breakfast meat. No eggs. Gravy but no biscuits. Lots of people were pretty upset. The one employee said she was getting more which she never did. However when we bringing stuff to the car after breakfast was done this same employee was sitting there and eating eggs and bacon. Not very good representation. Not a great experience at all. We have stayed at several best western and this was by far the worst one we were ever at. The rooms were quite small also. Hardly room to move in.
