“Good place for an extended stay”

Hotel is well out of town but nice. Our suite had a full kitchen (fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher and stovetop)

“Review”

Everything was just fine - plenty of room, and bonus space and storage. Lighting in the bathroom could be a lot better for applying makeup, and sample shampoos and conditioner kind of stuff could have been more plentiful, but all in all no real complaints - and the fold out sofa was a very comfortable bed. Thanks!

“An excellently managed hotel with smaller suites”

The hotel was excellent for the price. The 2 bedroom suite felt small, but was clean and updated. The 2 bedroom suite had a VERY LARGE balcony that extended was big enough to eat on, store our bikes on and relax on. There are only 2 queen beds in the suite with a queen pull out sofa(fine for children). If you pull the sofa out, you must crawl across the bed to get to the balcony or the second bed room. The closets were exceptionally big. Overall, it met our needs for the overnight stay with our family of six (family of five, plus an uncle). The staff was friendly, quick, and helpful. Always a big plus in our book! The check-in was quick and painless, the facility was very well maintained and clean. The staff provided good recommendations for eating. The pool and pool area were clean and maintained. The breakfast area was clean with a good selection of quick breakfast foods--fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, and bagels. Although it seemed like the hotel was full, it was not noisy or loud (we were on the third floor). I must admit a bias, we typically will choose amenities over price when selecting a accommodations. For this particular trip we were needing a place to stay overnight prior to a triathlon and needed the room for just over 12 hours. Had I been on a longer trip and spending more time in the room, I would have been disappointed with the square footage of this 2 bedroom suite. The pull out bed was fine for children, but would not be comfortable for adults.

“Not impressed.”

Hotel is new, but accomodations are poor. Would not stay there again, were I to travel through Port St. Joe.

“The front desk ruined the experience”

Perhaps if you are a hotel that solicits guests through Expedia, you should not tell them they'll have to represent payment in order to check in, that it doesn't matter that we paid through Expedia online. Also, the front desk agent was rude.
