"Great city holiday"
stayed 5 nights at the Hotel in Milan which was excellent value for money with knowledgeable and pleasant staff. They were attentive to all our requirements including maps to various destinations. The hotel is not noisy as reported in some reviews. The only slight issue would be the pool isn't really a swimming pool it is more like a hot tub. Overall great stay in fantastic city.

"Good location for sight seeing in Milan"
The Felice Casati is comfortable and clean and serves a good breakfast. It is easy either to walk into central Milan or to take a nearby metro. The room was quite small but not inconveniently so. There are some good places to eat nearby.

"great boutique hotel without the big price tag"
The reception desk gave the best service I had ever encountered. Here are the examples that this hotel staffs provided on top of their regular jobs. When we first arrived to our room, the manager (who happened to walk by) came into the room too to make sure everything was fine. One overhead light was slow to light up, so he replaced the light bulb. We mistaken the breakfast buffet opening time, and arrived 30 minutes too early, so the front desk staff went into the kitchen, and freshly made 2 cups of cappuccino for us while we were waiting. They even have FREE afternoon tea that comes with cakes & cookies.

"Decent hotel, very helpful staff"
Reasonable breakfast, decent location (about 20 mins walk to Duomo, and near lots of shops and restaurants). Close to metro. The air conditioning had not been started when we were there (in Italy, it is common for heating to start 1 April and air conditioning mid/end april), but the weather was warm during out stay. The staff quickly found a fan for us, which did the trick. Woul recommend this to anyone.

Pocket Guide: Milan Porta Venezia - Corso Buenos Aires Best Western Hotels

Close to the historic centre, this is one of the largest commercial main roads, and is well served by the metro. It has a cosmopolitan feel and brims with ethnic restaurants. It is also an important shopping centre and just a short distance from the fabled designer district, the 'quadrilatero'. Nearby too is the Castello Sforzesco, famous for Michelangelo's last work, the Pietà Rondanini.
