Accommodating!

Posted Aug 21, 2014
Pros: Location, shuttle, comfy room, great shower, and ironing board/iron!
Location: Great shops and restaurants across the street in Cascade Station. MAX line connects to everything important in Portland area for $5 (24 hr pass).
I arrived after 2 am and was met at the airport by a very friendly shuttle driver. Manager at front desk was also very nice (at such a late hour) and went above and beyond to cover a few issues I had about the need for business support during my stay. Location is excellent. A few steps to the MAX station that takes you back to the airport or downtown.

Nice hotel, close to light rail transit.

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Location, price and comfy beds.
Cons: Outlets for hairdryers, curling irons, etc. There were none! It would be nice if you could charge the bar, snacks and breakfast to your room.
Location: Food and entertainment is within walking distance as is anything you might want to do downtown is only a 20 min train ride away. Very convenient.
Comfy beds, nice pool and lounge area. Loved the bathroom area. Only downside is NO PLUGINS!!!!, that's right, they provide you a hairdryer but no place to plug it in. You have to unplug the refrigerator and or microwave to use a hairdryer. That is strange, very strange. Also you only have 5 hangers per person (there were two of us) and no drawers.

Great hotel!

Posted Aug 13, 2014
Our stay was great! Hotel was very accommodating; we didn't have a credit card to check in so the manager approved for a deposit instead. The location was perfect for us, tri met was 2 mins away or 12 mins drive downtown. Quite central to where we needed to go. There was a great scent in the hotel of their "Bliss" products, so refreshing. Bedrooms were set up really nicely with the bathrooms in an open concept. Couldn't hear airplanes flying above at all or any other guests in fact and we had our kids with us. Swimming pool could be small if lots of guests present but not many were using it while we were there so it was good! Great sitting area outside in between the pool and bar. Also, lots and lots of places to eat all around the hotel and shopping centers! Would visit again!

Just ok

Posted Aug 5, 2014
The hotel was nice and modern but the staff didn't know what they were doing. The room had dirty sheet and looked like someone had gotten sick next to the bed that had not been cleaned in awhile.

Great modern hotel near airport and restaurants

Posted Jul 31, 2014
Pros: Staff service was excellent, breakfast options were healthy, quick, inexpensive (great breakfast sandwich for $6, with my $5 green choice was $1).
First time at this hotel which exceeded my expectations - clean, modern, super friendly and quick to help staff. Enjoyed the workout area, casual and yet professional (I'm a biz traveler) atmosphere.

Nice hotel near airport, shopping and rail.

Posted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: Availability of amenities including food and beverages, business computer, pool and exercise room. (Even a pool table)
Cons: Bed comforter could be longer for taller people.
Location: Airport, dining and shopping right near by. Walking path right in front of hotel. Rail transport (MAX) station to downtown Portland near by.
General ambiance of the hotel was more than expected.

Friendly staff

As soon as we got there staff was very friendly and accommodating with our pet. They had a nice bar, close to stores and a few restaurants. Very close to IKEA if you want to shop there. Nice walking path for our little dog. The only thing that I didn't like it was the stains in the carpet.

July 4th 2014Trip to Portland

Posted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: Member of their hotel program and have stayed at one before.
Cons: I can not think of one thing.
Location: too many to list. It is located in thew cascade station area with dozens of shops to visit, places to eat, and close the the 205 highway too. Nice.
I will stay here again as these hotels break the boring style ever since I stayed in the one in Broomfield, Colorado area. This location is so cool, far enough from the planes as I heard nothing but quiet! Love the local shops in this outdoor mall like area. When you stay here your right in the middle of the actions. Love the huge walk in shower! If your a tub person, well maybe check to see if they even have them - IDK.
