Best Western Plus Northwind Inn & Suites

Stayed here for four nights while doing a trade show in Portland. Quiet but with easy access to the highways, and a shopping center with grocery store across the street were a nice plus. Hotel staff was always very helpful and the public areas, including indoor pool/hot tub facilities were clean and pleasant, although the housekeeping in our room was a bit hit-or-miss. For example, one day the ice bucket area was completely unaddressed, coffee was not replenished and dirty coffee cups were left on the counter, although the sink was clean and the rest of the room taken care of. To be fair, that morning the toilet was backed up and we had a lot of clutter related to the show in the room, so I understand housekeeping possibly overlooking some of the less critical items on their checklist. Appreciated having a food nook separate from the bathroom vanity, stocked with microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. Also liked having a recycling bin in the room and real mugs, not just disposable paper coffee cups, although the other cups were one-use plastics. Operable windows for fresh air also a plus. Hot breakfast service was not terribly well-organized and food quality a bit bland. A nice hotel heading in the right direction.

Nice hot tub, ok breakfast, staff was helpful. This is the second time staying in this motel and we will return.

Good for 2 days' trip in Portland. Staffs are very professional. Location is a little far from the outlet but excellent for shopping nearby as there are safeway, starbucks close to the hotel. Comfortable and quiet place. would definitely stay again when next time to Poland.

Easy to get to. Staff was friendly and professional. Hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had modern decorum. Continental breakfast wasn't the best, but overall, a great place to stay!

I would stay here again. It was busy but we were on an upper floor and so the noise was kept to a minimum. We enjoyed our stay very much. Not far from I5 so it was convenient for us.
