Convenient, clean hotel. Nice pool and exercise facilities. Comfortable beds, one of the quietest stays I've ever had in a hotel! Need to improve on the continental breakfast though. All-in-all a great place to stay!

close to several restaurantsPosted Jun 25, 2015
Pros: location close to our destination--friendly use of computers
Cons: layout of tables in dinning area-difficult to get to coffee/tea area when 4 persons sat at that table
Location: provide updated info eg: old/china town -went and found buildings/stores closed boarded -homeless persons sleeping on sidewalks-lots construction
ours was a short stay-2 nites-room comfortable after 10 hours drive relied on brochures and front desk staff for ideas to do in area and Portland (only had 8 hours) directed to front river area and old town/china town and walking tour open area provided a nice walk and view of the bridges but alot of homeless individuals on grass area and underpass-understand these problems are difficult to solve but a warning would have made us decide not to go to that area our walk in town was not as posivite as we has hoped

I am an 88 year old woman with sciatica,Posted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: It is next door to a nursing home where my husband is living.
Cons: Note people with disabilitites and either advise them at check in or make accommodations.
The bed was very high, I asked for a stool to help get in, there was none available, only a small utility stool. I then asked for a roll-away bed none available. I chose to check out and I do not plan to pay for the room, which I told the manager. The manager was not helpful.

Really, really nice!Posted Jun 17, 2015
The room was as good as I've ever had at any of the major hotel chains. I've paid nearly twice what I paid for similar rooms in the past. The included breakfast was pretty poor and nearly gone a half hour before it was scheduled to end at 9am, so I would't count on that. But overall very pleased with our stay. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and it's located right on the 99 so you can get anywhere pretty quickly.

Excellent. I forgot to tell the desk, but there is a leak where the shower head is connected to the pipe.

Needing of some repairPosted Jun 9, 2015
Pros: Location was pretty good but getting from the hotel to the main hwy was very slow in the morning.
Cons: Water faucet repair or replacement.
Room was OK. It was clean but there were two issues in my room - First, the aircond unit was not working and hotel staff did get it going. Unfortunately, the wall thermostat didn't work either so the room was cold as the air cond ran all the time. Secondly, the shower faucet was loose and was difficult to use correctly. Dialing in the water temp was a challenge. The faucets int he sink were hooked up backwards meaning the cold and hot were reversed. But, the room was clean and the front desk staff friendly.

Cons: front desk staff more attentive - remedy computer errors with booking and email systems
no staff present at front desk when checking in - had to wait 10 minutes before one showed up - the only negative point of the stay the room was surprisingly great - far better than expected - clean - up to date - new carpet the location was chosen for its being a midpoint between Portland and Woodburn, Oregon - travelling was not an issue food at breakfast was fine - standard American breakfast - staff member present was excellent with guests

Nice hotel, easy to find, enjoyed my stayPosted May 14, 2015
Pros: My room was nice and clean.
Location: The location was easy to find. All the restaurants/stores nearby were accross a busy highway, so you had to drive to get to them. Kind of inconvenient
The staff at the hotel was excellent. It was clean and I enjoyed my room. The breakfast wasn't that great, but overall I enjoyed my stay.
