The family run smoke free facility has a large breakfast area, reading lounge, and spacious outside deck area all suitable for group get-togethers. Availability is good during the week even during busy season. Large parking area for easy bus access. “Great Place To Stay!!!”

I was extremely empressed with the Casco Bay Inn. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, digital cable w/on demand, flat screen tv, microwave, fridge, heck even a Keurig coffee maker, all with plenty of room left to move around. The staff was friendly and gave the hotel a very homie feeling. I didn't partake in the continental breakfast, but it looked good. I travel a lot for work, and I'll be staying at the Casco Bay Inn whenever I'm in the Freeport, Yarmouth, Brunswick area again.

Area recommendations
Great spot for enjoying the shopping in Freeport. Short drive to LL Bean. Also not a long drive to take in the downtown of Bath and checkout Bath Iron Works and the Maine Maritime Museum.

“Alternative to high priced chains”

A lovely little hotel for a short stay, comfortable rooms, very clean & an adequate, although uninspired continental breakfast.

Area recommendations
Freeport is probably great if you love shopping, if you don't, stay away! The Grill 233 is a nice, nearby restaurant for a good dinner.

“A Good Choice”

This is a good alternative to the "name brand" hotels in Freeport. It's cheaper and just as good. Even though it's not right downtown, there's a nice restaurant nearby.
