Room clean comfortable and quite. Problems with staff, called 4 days prior to arrival, requested first floor room. I was assured this was not a problem, that it had been changed in computer. Arrived and after 30 minutes of hassel (they had us in a second floor room) they moved us to a vacant handicap room. Front desk person was so busy answering the phone it prolonged my problem resoution. Not impressed with customer service.

Pros: The comfortable bed
Stayed 4 nights. Worried about the airport noise after reading the reviews but we were not bothered by it. Grounds were clean and well kept. Beds are super comfortable.

There was no entertainment. The carpets in halls smelled not fresh at all.

Our online reservation was mysteriously cancelled. So we arrived to no rooms available at 6pm on a Friday night. The Manager worked on finding us the appropriate accommodations for over 30 minutes. He got us the type of room we had originally asked for!!! The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The A/C worked great and totally needed it in the hot weather. The pool was great. However getting extra towels we got hassled a bit. A little disappointed M-F breakfast ends so early... Would definitely stay again!

Our breakfast hours run a total of 3 hours each day and during the weekday a majority of our lodgers are Corporate accounts who require early departure. Again, thank you for your business.

Close to a train station and main road

Friendly staff, good breakfast selection and quiet area. Room had decent sized small refrigerator, a microwave, wide screen TV, desk and alarm clock. It was a bit short of places to plug in electronics.
