“Better experience the second time around”

We stayed here twice and had a much cleaner room the second trip around. Service was just ok and room keys were difficult to work. It is still a convenient option.

“Great stay, really impressed.”

Our family has stayed at this hotel twice in the last 6 months. It is conveniently close to the airport with friendly shuttle drivers. The breakfast is awesome compared to many other hotels we have stayed at recently. The pool was a big hit with the kids. Great place to stay.

“WORKS FOR ME”

AFTER A 250 MI. DRIVE FROM THE COAST. WE ( MY TWO YOUNG GRANDSONS AND MYSELF) FOUND OUR HOTEL TO BE JUST WHAT WE REQUIRED. CLEAN, QUIET, RELAXING AND CENTRALLY LOCATED. WITH MANY CHOICES OF CUISINE WITHIN A TWO MINUTE WALK. OUR HOSTS WERE VERY RECEPTIVE AND OUR RESERVATIONS CORRECT AND COMPLETE. THOUGH OUR STAY WAS SHORT WE ENJOYED IT. THE INDOOR POOL WAS TEMPTING, WISH WE HAD MORE TIME. OUR THANKS TO YOUR STAFF AT COMFORT SUITES PORTLAND AIRPORT.THE BREAKFAST PROVIDED WAS EXTREMELY ADEQUATE AND MET ALL OUR REQUIREMENTS. THANKS AGAIN.

WHEN COMING IN FROM HWY 5 ON HWY 205 THE MAP PROVIDED SUGGEST A RIGHT HAND TURN WOULD HEAD TOWARDS THE AIRPORT. MAKE SURE YOU ENLARGE THE MAP TO SHOW ALL WAY POINTS. MY MISTAKE.

“Great Wedding Weekend”

We were visiting Portland for one of those action-packed wedding weekends. This hotel was perfectly located for everything that was going on, and it provided us with a great place to come back to in between events! It was quiet, clean, the staff were friendly, and the room was very comfortable! There is even a small convenience store within a very short walk for snacks, toiletries and lunch! It is also easily accessible to freeways, main arteries into downtown, and the airport! It was the perefect place to base out of, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting the Portland area for a whirlwind weekend!

“Noisy and unhelpful staff”

The room I was given faced the freeway and there was road noise pretty much all night making sleeping difficult. I asked to get moved to a different room but were told they were full. The "free" wireless internet advertised did not work either day I was there. I inquired the first day and was told I must be connecting to the wrong network. The following morning, I was told by a different person "Oh, the internet was down, we just had another complaint so I rebooted the router and it should be fine." It still didn't work. The staff was polite but seemed indifferent to customer satisfaction. Overall not a pleasant experience.
