“Great, clean hotel.”

Spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds, free and fast internet, great pool and gym, tasty grub at reasonable prices, and friendly, personable staff. Top hotel for the price. The only minor "complaint" was the fact they charge for parking in their over-sized lot. A bit of a pain as the nearbly street parking is enforced until 10pm. There is free street parking about 4/5 blocks away.

“Delightful!”

We arrived several hours before the check-in time and were able to get a room right away. The concierge was very friendly and gave us a top floor room for a better view. Thank you! Although this hotel is across from the downtown area, the MAX station is very close and they have a free shuttle that can drop you off within a 5 mile radius. Very nice!

“Will go back if visiting Portland again”

Very pleasant stay of 3 nights. High quality and comfort, excellent location just down the street from a huge shopping complex and across the river from downtown. Excellent facilities and friendly, helpful staff.

Check in was simple. The location was great for shopping. Walking distance to the Lloyd Center and Max a couple of blocks away.

“A GREAT PLACE CLOSE TO THE ROSE QUARTER”

This is a very nice, upscale, clean and friendly hotel. Every phone request for extra towels or amenities were delivered within minutes. All staff from the front desk to the room attendants were professional but friendly. Rooms were very clean and well appointed. A great hotel and value for the Expedia rate!.

“When in Portland stay at the Crowne Plaza”

My stay at the Crowne Plaza in Portland was for business as my Boss and I attended the 2010 MMIS Conference at the Downtown Convention Center. I made the reservation for two rooms and was extremely happy with the whole experience. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. Free WiFi was included with the room. The gym was clean and had all the latest equipment. Every morning fresh coffee was available in the Lobby. Our servers in both the restaurant and the lounge were efficient and friendly. My Boss and I had a great overall travel experience at the Crowne Plaza and would recommend to anyone traveling in Portland for a hassle free relaxing experience make your reservation at the Crowne Plaza!

“Great hotel, location is so-so depending on your needs”

Using the free light rail service (MAX), it's easy to get downtown within 15-20 min. However, the hotel is not within walking distance of the downtown nightlife.

Wow!! Great Service, beautiful rooms, and reasonably priced! Anyone going to an event at the Rose Garden should definitely check this place out! 0.1 mile from the Hotel!! Absolutely going back!!

“Excellent Hotel for the Convention Centre”

Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Rooms were big with comfortable beds/pillows and nice television. We were attending a conference at the Portland Convention Center which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel, very convenient. Also the hotel shuttle will take you anywhere in downtown Portland which was awesome. The light-rail transit is also available which is free in the downtown core.
