“Best hotel in Lake Oswego! Clean, comfortable and safe!”

This was the best stay at any hotel I have ever had! The staff was so friendly and really made me feel like they WANTED me there! At check-in the very nice young man checked me and also offered to help with any questions or directions if I needed any. Later in the evening his help really paid off when my friend and I needed a taxi and suggestions on where to go downtown. My room was fantastic and the bed was amazing! They have this sleep program there that made all the difference, it is hard to sleep away from home but I had no trouble at this property. They had also just renovated the rooms and you could tell they put a lot of attention into making it perfect. I really enjoyed their TV system as I was able to buy a movie that had not even been released on video! I felt like royalty! In the morning I ate off the breakfast buffet and I must say it was the largest selection I have ever seen! It had all the hot goods (eggs, bacon, and potatoes) as well as fruit, cold cereal and oatmeal. It was well worth the price and I highly recommend this hotel if a good breakfast is important to you. I rarely travel to the Portland area but my experience at this hotel makes me want to come back again and again. I highly recommend this Crowne Plaza to people on business or the average leisure guest. I also saw a couple dogs there and it iss so rare to find a nicer pet friendly hotel. Overall, I give it a ten!

“Easy freeway access, close to OHSU”

Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable, and we actually got some much needed sleep. We were here for a medical appointment and surgery at OHSU, which is less than 10 minutes away. We would return again without any hesitation. The hotel restaurant menu is a bit expensive, but there are many other restaurants nearby. I saw a microwave oven in a nook off the main lobby desk, for re-heating food or making popcorn?

“Fantastic location!”

The location is wonderful. It's at the intersection of 217 and I-5 and you couldn't ask for anything better. You have your pick of several restaurant locations within walking distance (Olive Garden, Stanfords, Chevy's, etc). The rooms were clean and the service very friendly and helpful. The only thing that marred the experience was that they did not allow an early check-in and that's one thing that is nice especially if you've come in after a long flight and need a shower! But other than that, I highly recommend this hotel and will come back when I visit Oregon again.

“Fantastic stay, excellent location! I'm coming back.”

First, the hotel is in a fabulous location. Right off the highway, surrounded by lots of things to do and easy access to downtown Portland. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and clean and QUIET! Finally, the inhouse restaurant, Basil's, was delicious. No need to even venture off the property to the surrounding restaurants.

“Clean, large and well appointed room.”

Having traveled extensively in Europe, the room size was a pleasant surprise. Very clean room and overall a very pleasant stay.

“It was good”

I really liked this hotel and recomend paying the extra money for the executive floor. The only thing i did not like very much that others might like very much is that they allow pets. There were some dogs around the hotel and they pooped on the carpet in the loby. EWWW not so great for me but great if you have a pet.

“Will stay here again.”

This hotel was available through Expedia's "unpublished rates" program. I took the chance and got a nice room for my family of four at a very reasonable price. The indoor/outdoor pool was fun and the kids loved the glass elevator in the lobby. We will stay here again!
