I could write a lengthy article on what is wrong with this property. Their reservation process is a mess, multiple clip boards in this computer age WHAT!? No elevator so this elderly couple had to climb stairs more than necessary, keys didn’t stay programmed and had to be reprogrammed daily (see previous comment above), I could’ve slept on the road for all the noise it made in my room. Bed hard as a rock. Garbage pillows with crunchy pieces of foam inside, they didn’t make up the bed except for the very last night, towels threadbare, stained and very small with no absorbency. Promised to move us when a room became available on the first floor even had us repack so they could do that - never happened. Breakfast- HAH! Maybe if you’re five years old it counts, fruit loops and undercooked pancakes. Security, the slap lock on the door would pop open every time someone closed a door nearby…don’t stay here yes it’s less expensive but you get what you pay for. As I said I could go on but why bother you get the picture.

They claim on their website they have EV charging stations, but none of the stations worked and they seemed to be inactive for a long time. For people with EVs it makes huge difference. Could have booked a better hotel for the same price but decided for that one because they claimed they had charging stations

Our check in was one of the best I have ever had while traveling. So attentive and friendly. Road noise is a thing. Its not just usual cars but many were racing type cars. Slept with the TV on... no big deal but if you are a light sleeper you will be miserable. The hot tub and pool were in great condition and not overly chlorinated.

I showed up at midnight in the middle of an ice storm after getting off work and they refused to allow me to stay due to system/computer issues. I was turned away and plan to call tomorrow to ask for a refund. Very very frustrating!!!

When I first walked in the girl working quoted me $150 and I said I could get it for $85 online. When I asked if she has rooms she said maybe, maybe not. Then a guy showed up and was helpful and accommodating. When I checked out, I stated the room was dirty and they were someone else's hair all over the bathroom wall. So gross. He went and looked and came back with deer in the headlights. I would never recommend this place to anyone. When you walk in the door, they have some sort of scent they disperse that I stayed was not good at all. The room smelled musty. We had traveled a way and were super tired and they is the only reason we stayed there.

I did not like that they did not have an elevator, but I REALLY didn't like that the front desk guy, Kevin, didn't even bother to tell me there wasn't an elevator until I'd already loaded up our entire family's stuff on to a cart that we had to unload at the bottom of the stairs and bring up. Would've been nice to tell me when I asked him if I could use the cart to grab our stuff. He was overall, an unfriendly and unaware attendant at the hotel, always on his phone. Never friendly once even during check in.

Upon check i was never told about breakfast in the morning.or anything about.the facility. The place is oldand in need of an update. None of us have long black hair and it was all under the counter in the bathroom and on the floor around the toilet. The handsoap dispenser was empty as was the shower soap dispenser. The bath towels had some kind of yello stain on them. The room we were in faced the road, so it was loud traffic noise most of the night Breakfast was ok, lots of carbs if thats your.thing.

CAR BROKEN INTO!!! My back windshield was smashed in the middle of the night while parked here! Had things stolen and 0 help from the hotel. WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!

Overnight Trip
Just an overnight stay with my granddaughter. Easy to find, easy check in. Comfortable beds. I wish there was an easy way to get baggage upstairs as there were only stairs. No different from any other Days Inn. Would stay here again.
