As everyone else, we are also struggling to have enough staff members to work at the hotel and that is the reason why we do not have daily housekeeping. We do have stayover services every 3rd day of your stay, in your case you stayed with us for 2 nights and that is the reason you did not have housekeeping go in the room. However, I am glad to hear that our front desk was able to help you with new sheets.
