The hotel had a great bed very comfortable and restaurant and bar had great service, pricing and value for the portions and good food. The bad of this place was no face clothes in our room when we checked in, bed sheets under the bed from god knows when and even after advising the front desk they were still there later in the day, the ac unit is noisy as all get out and no garbage can in the room. The soap dispensers for the shower are not checked as ours was empty. The fridge does not run very cold and they dont allow you to re-use your towels, we got new ones the next day when we hung ours up to re-use. They kicked me off wifi after the first day and had to go through the whole process of getting signed on again. No email for the Manager so i can reach out directly to share more with him both good and bad.

It was a clean room, the only thing I had issues with was the lack of hot water in my bathroom shower . Other than that,the stay was good.

Check in was easy enough, our room and bed were uncomfortable and small. The toilet had problems and plugged, the first time a man came and plunged it. When it happened the second time I called for the same problem I was told they would be up…and no one came up. Not impressed.

The property location is convenient but the hotel is old and really needs o be updated. Bathrooms tiny, showers small, ground fare from clean. Expected more from a Hilton property.

Hotel lost power due to snow storm weather. My hotel room did not have any electricity. I contacted front desk, they reported generator is on for the elevators and hallways. Room was cold and uncomfortable. Also, Hotel should have collaborated with engineering to determine if the septic system is working-toilet. Will not be a guest at this hotel in upcoming future.

So we had no electricity from 9pm till 9am in the middle of a winter storm. They closed the bar, closed pool, but left the front doors open which continue to make lobby area freezing. Our room was freezing cold, we got no sleep, our food went bad in the fridge and to add insult to injury when we requested a later check out check of 1pm in order to shower and get adjusted since the electricity just came on we were told “NO, because they were booked up that day. Unfortunately for them I had already been online to see if they had availability and needless to say they had rooms available to reserve so booked up was a complete lie.

The kids loved the pool and we spent quite a few hours enjoying it. The room was clean and comfy, but it was a little loud. I could hear everything in the hall and in the rooms next door.

Pool was cold, room was cold and there was no wayto turn up the heat, bed was dirty/sandy, coffee pods were left in coffee maker, did not have continental breakfast. I will never stay at the double tree again, definitely will not recommend anyone stay. The only thing I liked was the shower. Honestly, I expected so much more from the double tree and was severely disappointed. I'd think with all the competition you would at least want to be on par with the other chains. Apparently not.

Good- conveniently located. Lots of close shopping. Many food options close by. Parking. Pretty cheap. Bad- pool is absolutely disgusting there was clumps of hair touching us and fake eyelashes floating by. Pool water was also really cold. Elevator was past inspection date and a sketchy ride to the 5th floor. They also charge 13.50 for breakfast buffet which would be fine if the buffet was anything more than a normal free continental breakfast. Overall will not return to this property

Staff at checkin were very pleasant and accomodating. The room was average. Bathroom was on the dirty side. Only one tiny garbage can in the bathroom, none in the room. Housekeeping never came on my second day stay. Had to call for fresh towels and to have garbage picked up. No USB ports in room to charge devices.

Second time staying here and like the first time it was perfect. It is a great hotel with great staff and big and clean rooms and a very nice restaurant. It is pretty close to a number of other restaurants and shopping options. Would highly recommend.

First time staying here and I am very impressed. The rooom was spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and big and clean. I was close to everything which was great. Overall, very pleased with the hotel.
