No early check in and missing front desk agent

Pros: The room size was decent and full size refrigerator.
Cons: Add a hairdryer
Location: Close by to freeway and easy to find.
Tried to do an early check in at 12:30pm and was told that rooms were not cleaned yet since housekeepers do not arrive until noon, which was unbelievable. When arrived later to check in, there were two customers in line waiting and no front desk agent to be found. After waiting for over 5 mins, I asked one of the customer if she had been helped, thinking that maybe the front desk agent was helping her with something in the back and she replied that the front desk agent had to take care of something and had stated that she will be returning in 10 mins. After another 10 mins, she finally showed up and quickly checked us in.

Clean & Decent

Pros: It was clean.
Cons: For what you pay per night, things like dishes and utensils should be included. There should also be some kind of business center.
Location: The location was a little hard to find. Cellular GPS directions led us in circles, we did finally get there though.
The hotel itself is a little tricky to find, but once we found it, we were good getting back. The room was clean, which is always nice. The kitchen was bare; plates, utensils, and other various cookware are all available for an extra charge (These items were included in other suite type establishments in the area). The included breakfast is a grab-and-go type deal, a table set up with fruit and such that you take with you when you leave (Again, not as good as other suite type hotels in the area who offer a sit down style breakfast). There is no business center, so if you are looking to print a boarding pass, you will not be able to do it here. Otherwise, it's located outside the city itself and is not too far from the airport. I would stay again if I didn't want all of the little extras the other hotels offer. All in all, not too bad, but could have been a little better for the price.

We provide them free of charge, customized to your needs. We store our kitchenware in a clean, sterile environment and deliver the items you'd like to your room. We will follow up with our front desk staff to ensure we are communicating this appropriately at check-in. Though we do not have a business center, we do offer printing, faxing and copying services at the front desk. We are disappointed that this was also not conveyed upon check in; however, we are pleased to hear that you found your room to be clean and fresh. Once more, thank you for posting your review. Beds were hard when used to a pillow top, otherwise good for what we came for.

Surprisingly good

As I drive, convenience is very important. this location is a bit far from downtown Portland, however, with highway just around the corner, it is not a big issue. The receptionist Rapy is very helpful. seems they dun Hv enough staffs, the only receptionist has to do everything. Safeway n dollar store nearby, easy to get some food to cook in room. Thanks for the awesomeness!

Quick overnight stay was fine. Which is about as long as I would stay at this hotel. Breakfast was nonexistent except for a cheap granola bar and old red apple or orange, and no coffee or drinks of any kind.

We do typically offer coffee and hot tea during our Grab 'n Go breakfast, but during your stay the city of Portland was under a notice to boil water which affected our ability to provide the items we are accustomed to offering our guests. I discussed your comments with the team, and we are going to better monitor our fruit offerings to ensure the freshest produce is being offered to our guests. Value for money, easy access to I-84

Hotel location was just about perfect - 0.2 miles to I-84. 40 mins from Hood River area and waterfalls and 1 hour from Mount Hood. 10 mins to Portland Downtown and 7 mins to the AIrport.

Everything was good. My only complaint would be my neighbors had a baby that was loud but not the hotels fault.
