Chose to stay here as it was close to I 84 and just a 10 minute drive to Portland. Rates Were very competitive, room was clean. Staff was very helpful. Local neighborhoods were a little rough around the edges, but all in all a very good stay.

Sketchy area. Seemingly drug related activities.Not a comfortable environment especially for families.
Nice quiet hotel perfect location for exploring the scenic gouge. The rooms are nice with hardwood floors which i dont care for but are clean with kitchens. Hotel staff is very nice and brought me a iron and ironing board. The only thing is the parking lot which is fenced had a couple of weird vehicles that looked abandoned.

I like the setting of this property and also the best part was the room, very spacey and big as well. Family with 2 children is a great stay with the kitchen.
Really loved it and highly recommend. Will definitely stay here next time.
Most rooms have laminate flooring. They need to get rid of sll catpet in rooms as they are stained. Have good hot water during busy morning shower times. Staff friendly.

Very rude Management. Only one entrance and exit to hotel. Surroundings not safe.
Staff member would not let me check in because I had a Service Animal. He broke several ADA laws during our interaction. Told my fiancé that her PTSD and Anxiety was not a valid diagnosis to need a service animal. Will be reporting. Don’t stay here.
Hotel is in a safe location with parking. Description says the hotel offers complimentary breakfast but there isn't any. The hotel says they have stopped offering that recently.
Very convenient for driving. Beddings need improvement. NO breakfast !! not as hotel page described, but overall great value.

Coffee, "Grab and go" Breakfast empty or non-existant. Very little hot water for shower. Room keys barely worked. No in-room coffee service. Exit gate broken but no sign. Lives up to 2 star at best. The room was clean abd the heat worked. Bed was ok, a bit firm for my liking.
Some of the appliances need love, but for the price, I would come again. I had a room on the far side of the hotel from Hwy 84 so the noise didn’t bother me, but be aware that it is backed up to the freeway.
Comfortable except for the pillows being one-foot square. Only two and uncomfortable to lay against in bed.
Customer argued with staff at check in . Uncomfortable.

The hot water didn’t work resulting in a freezing shower in 19° temperatures outside. The toilet ran all night long. The heater didn’t work properly. The shower drain wouldn’t drain. There was absolutely nothing in the cupboards that you could use to cook with on the provided stove. All of the entrances aside from the main entrance were locked and closed off from the outside. The elevator light was blinking from a communication failure error. We tried to call the front desk to have them address our concerns in our room and nobody would pick up on multiple attempts. We requested a call from the manager to discuss some sort of refund and he never called.
