“Adequate”

The staff made the stay very pleasant. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed access to the internet, but would have appreciated to have a refrigerator in our room. The bed was nice and hard and there were plenty of soft pillows, if that is what you prefer. There was a variety for breakfast, but in general it was mediocre and the expiration date had to be checked on refrigerated items. There was a used washcloth on the shower rod when we entered, the toilet had to be handled gently or it kept running, and the room was not made the first day--we may have accidently left the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door, but I don't think so..... It would have been nice had there been a hotel shuttle from the airport. We took a $70 shuttle instead since we arrived after 10 PM. As I said, it is the staff that made the stay enjoyable. Thank you!

Area recommendations

Our stay was two days long. We visited family in Beaverton the first day and went to the zoo on Sunday, the second and last day It was the second week in July and the weather was PERFECT.

We have stayed here several times and always find the experience to be excellent. Our room was clean and service was responsive. Their breakfast support staff was very friendly. We will stay here again the next time we are in Portland.

“I would definately stay there again.”

The room as clean the facilities were nice and the staff was friendly. It is close to restaurants and to the facility that I was visiting on business. It was easy to find and only about a half hour from the airport. The workout facilities are small, but there is a gym accross the street that you can walk to. I am a very satisfied customer.

Getting there

It's only about 30 - 45 minutes from the airport and it is easy to find. There is quick access to and from the freeway.

Dining

It is right next door to a well known salad bar style restaurant. The hotel's breakfast did not have a lot to choose from, and the breakfast room was fairly small but I was satisfied.

“Good location”

This hotel has been great for us. The individuals at the front coutner have been always helpful and friendly. We use it due to the location to our daughters dr.s appointments. It is easy to find.

“Pleasantly Surprised!”

We were very happy with our stay here. The facilities were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The people that work here work very hard and are friendly and tolerated our children running around. The free breakfast is also a great added perk! We would definitely stay here again.

“Extremely satisfied”

Hotel was located close to everything. Printed directions to restaurants and airport were available upon request. Clerks were extremely knowledgeable,helpful and pleasant. Enjoyed the hot tub. Very clean rooms. Comfy beds. Great continental breakfast. I like the availability of coffee in the foyer a nice amenity.
