“I would love to revist the hotel but we would not bring "internet service work with us"”

The hotel was for most part was great, with its clean and spacious rooms. We did not like the WiFi service, which for the most part did not work. We were in fully applianced room only to find out that the dishwasher had a "broken" sign on it and the refridgerator's temperature was not as cold as it should have been. Otherthan these items, it was great place to stay and I would love to revisit.

“Better Than Expected”

The room was large. We had our own private balcony (looked like every room had one). The pool and hot tub were NOT functioning yet, but that was forgiven due to how early in the season we were there (although it was warm enough to swim). The kitchen was well stocked with just everything we would've needed had we decided to prepare our own meals there (which we would've had we stayed longer), but the dishwasher was out of order. The location was great. Far enough from the attractions that it was quiet, but close enough to take a quick drive or even a nice walk. No great views of the water, but a short walk across the street to a less crowded part of the beach. Overall we were very satisfied with our short stay and we got a great deal on the room. We would definitely stay there again.

“Lots of Fun at the Beach”

The hotel was as expected. This is Old Orchard Beach, not a place for 4 and 5 star hotels, but a place with the best beach! The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was polite. Check in was quick and easy. Plenty of parking - which is a major plus in Old Orchard Beach. Very short walk to the gorgeous beach. The area where the hotel is located is great because the beach here is nowhere near as crowded as it is closer to the pier and amusements. We would stay here again.

but it was good the room was big and clean with a kitchen right across from beach pool was clean and open .

it is great , the building is little run down but comfortable and clean!but then again all the beach hotels a are a little on the old side! great place to go for last summer fling!has a pool and right near the ocean!

“Great OOB Hotel”

The staff was very accommodating and friendly and the room was comfortable. I was initially going to stay for one night, but added an additional night after spending a few hours at the property. Having a coffee maker, freezer, refrigerator, microwave and toaster in the room was very convenient. A room with a balcony is a must - a great spot to read, look over toward the ocean or see the pool. The pool area was comfortable and the pool was very clean. While the downtown area is a draw for many, this hotel was far enough away to be able to enjoy the beach without the loudness and crowded atmosphere closer to the pier. It was a short drive or trolley ride to access the center of town. My only complaint was a lack of working lights and hair dryer in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel to families, couples and singles wanting to enjoy the area. The cafe on site was also pleasant.

“It was on a main rd and easy to get the Amusement Park”

All in all, it was clean and comfortable but disappointing that the cafe and pool were not open

“Ok accomodations ... Great Location”

We enjoyed the location however the room was just ok. The beds were not very comfortable, there was a coffee pot but no mugs, the toilet ran and the a/c was not working. The exterior needs much TLC. As far as location...perfect for the concert we attended at Scarborough Downs.

“Gran, Mom, Daughter vacation”

Very old and beachy. Get into that frame of mind: swimsuits, flip flops, sand, families, grilling out by the pool, and you can have a good time. We walked to the pier twice. It can be done but it's a long walk. Not for little kids. Trolley pick up right out front though.

“It was ok”

The hotel was ok had some damaged carpet by the door and wall of our room. The room had a full kitchen and we were told it was fully stocked with silverware and dishes, it only had 3 forks, 2 spoons, 1 knife. It wasn't terrible but It wasn't great. I did find an old cigarett butt under my bed which was totally gross! The hotel is located 1.25 miles from the peir which made for a really nice quiet beach experience but they claimed to be in walking distance to the peir and we could not walk 1.25 miles with 3 young kids. We enjoyed our stay but would probably look for a little bit nicer, cleaner, and closer to the peir
