“Definitely stay again”
Just a very pleasant stay overall. One of the best hotels I have stayed at recently. Room was extremely spacious and well kept.
“Will book again for next business trip.”
Nice new moderate hotel located conviently to shopping and dining. Comfortable room was very clean. Early check in for a business trip was a added plus.
“Amazing in all ways”
I cannot find a single thing to complain about my stay here. The breakfast buffet had great options and everything was delicious. The room was clean and very comfortable. The front desk attendants were helpful in every way. Abby at the front desk went above and beyond by helping us figure out the public transportation to Portland, good places to check out, places to avoid, and tons of other stuff. The shopping right around the hotel is great! There is also tons of restaurant within walking distance.
“Tigard's best”
This is a wonderful hotel. A delicious breakfast is included in this already reasonable hotel. It is beautiful, spacious, very comfortable beds, an excellent staff, and is located within walking distance of a great shopping center. We will always stay there from now on!
“Suited the need”
Very convenient location for my needs, which were a place that was close to Portland as well as the Langdon Farms Golf Course in Wilsonville, for a one night stay. My son was with me (he is 12) and there were great food/dining options within walking distance. Very clean facility, quiet room, 5-piece bathroom was great as the shower stall was very nice and separate from the soaking tub...a nice feature at the price range for this hotel. Microwave and fridge in the room was a plus. Pool & exercise room were clean and well kept. Complimentary breakfast was simple with just enough variety. I would have preferred a room with 2 queen beds but that wasn't an option at the price I wanted to stay within. Was able to get one king bed and there was also a sleeper couch and a desk in the room. Some of the surrounding neighborhood is not developed yet, but the area that is developed at Bridgeport Village is very nice.
“Beautiful hotel with great service”
The rooms are generous and the furnishings just right. Complimentary breakfast is wonderful.
“Great hotel, not-so-great breakfast buffet”
This hotel was great. It was very clean and comfortable, and the location was extremely convenient. Right next to a shopping area and good restaurants. Easy access to the freeway. We were disappointed with the breakfast "buffet" which seemed more like a continental breakfast on steroids, but everything else was perfect.
“Grand Hotel - poor customer service”
This hotel is gorgeous. The customer service is awful though. When we checked in we had prepaid the room through expedia. Because I was traveling with a debit card they wanted to hold an additional $100 from my account for incidentals. Most hotels hold about 15% so for one night's stay this seems like an exorbidant amount. I have had hotels block incidental charges from my room such as premium movie channels and such and avoided the additional hold of funds so I was surprised that such an upscale hotel could not offer that same benefit. Very dissappointed and the situation made it extremely inconvenient for our family - will not stay there again.
“Really nice place for the price!”
This appears to be quite the upscale hotel. We stayed midweek, so the hotel was not full. The only draw back was hallway noise. We could not hear outside noise nor room to room noise, but you could hear quite a bit from the hallway, but not so much as to distract from the quality of the hotel. The beds seemed too firm at first but turned out to be rather comfortable.
“Good Hotel with a Great Location.”
New Hotel with great location. It is within walking distance of many good restaurants and shopping at Bridgeport Village. Easy access on and off the freeway. Whole Foods next door. Free Parking and a nice room.
