breakfast had 3 tables and 6 chairs and pool heater was not working making it to cold to enjoy. had to get key reprogramed every time I used it making a lot of extra trips up and down the stairs as their is ne elevator

WWe wanted these amenities: (1) under $100, (2) king-size bed, (3) indoor pool, & (4) breakfast. The room we chose had king & sofa-bed. But it was dirty & the front desk clerk offered a king-queen room. Well, actually it was two queens, although we did note the king-size headboard mounted, so perhaps it was king-ish? The pool was an indoor “polar bear plunge!” Spa tub was warm & enjoyable. Lobby was set up for breakfast, including tables & chairs. However, on the counter were only cups & coffee, cereal, bread, butter, sugar, creamer, sad-looking bananas & apples, & pre-made waffle mix in a dispensing machine, but no bowls, milk, plates, napkins, syrup, or jam. Luckily my 2-year-old found doors under the counter & after a “scavenger hunt” I located plates (yay!), syrup (waffles!!), and jam (toast!!). The waffle-mix dispenser then ran out after only enough for 1 and 1/2 waffles (for our group of 4). You are probably thinking, “Why didn’t you notify front desk about breakfast?” Indeed, a sign at the breakfast counter posted read “Please let us know if we run out…” but the front desk had another which read, “Be back in 10.” We ate our 1.5 waffle, packed & loaded our car, & left without ever again seeing the clerk (30 minutes or more), dropping our room key into a box provided on the counter. The parking lot was nearly empty, & there is plenty of evidence of construction. Although the rooms were really nice and clean, but we won’t be staying here again.

Decent Hotel

Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: Looks like this hotel is dated but its currently being renovated.
As of my stay in January of 2015 this hotel is under renovations. The hotel was not very full because of the renovations which actually made it more quiet. My stay was actually real pleasing. Clean room, friendly staff, and your basic breakfast.

Hotel being remodeled. Swim pool closed. Old coffee. Could not produce receipt. It was quiet. No elevator. Hotel .

Location: location is good, close to outlet mall and cheaper stay then hotels closer.

Fairly easy to find

Pros: Located near I-5. Easy to get to my clinic. Clean, helpful staff. Rooms extremely clean, plenty of coffee. Liked that there was a micro & refridge
Cons: Didn't like the stairs, but that wasn't the hotel's problem. I should have been more specific about my needs.
Location: Arbys, Denny's and a Sports Pub right near within walking distance.
I was very travel tired and by passed the turn, would have been helpful if there had been some kind of signage on the road to mark where exactly to turn. I mean it was right behind the Arby's, but took me a little bit to figure that out.

Loved the hallways. Reminded me of the shining movie. Very cozy. Satisfying breakfast. Vending machines provided. Coffee always accessible.

Not unduly disappointed

I arrived mid- afternoon, and was hoping to get checked in quickly. Unfortunately, the desk staff was out on a break, and the other hotel staff who tried to help me were not able. I was also disappointed that the advertised spa/ hot tub never had water in it. There was also quite a bit of construction going on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Had I not been expecting any more (hot tub at end of long day) I would have been very pleased.

Renovations, but still comfortable

Having stayed at a Guesthouse in another location, looked for another for a spur of the moment place to stay. Major renovations were going on, so the hotel had a lot of availablity, even on a holiday weekend. Seemed lightly staffed, but the room was comfortable, clean, and quiet.
