“Shoppers oaisis.”

This hotel is within minuets of the downtown shopping of Freeport, ME. A place where you can get almost anything you would like (except there is not a good book store there) and the home of L.L. Bean.

“Completely Satisfied”

We had no complaints. The bed was comfortable. Large bathroom. Quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had one of the best free breakfasts I've seen. We would definitely stay there again.

“Freeport's Best!!”

This Hampton Inn is the best one we've stayed at. Always clean, good linens, and in a great neighborhood. They bake fresh cookies around 6 p.m., so you can come back from your day's activities and smell fresh cookies. Go and get a few!

“Pleasant, quiet, and convenient:”

The Hampton In in Freeport/Brunswick is a fine place to stay. We were visiting Bowdoin and Bates Colleges, and the location of this Hampton worked very well for this. The room was clean, comfortably decorated, with good beds. There is a pool at this hotel, which did not smell overly chlorinated yet seemed clean and safe. There was a good free breakfast including eggs, bacon and waffles in addition to the usual bagels, toast, cereal and fruit offerings most places have. The hotel is on the main street of Freeport, less than a mile from the shopping area, and is set back from the road, making it a quiet, restful place to stay. Plenty of good places to eat in Freeport.

“Great Hotel, Awesome Location”

My boyfriend and I were concerned about finding a nice hotel in a convenient location on our tight, college-student budget!! However, the Hampton Inn in Freeport was just what we were looking for. We were comfortable and very happy in our room for the two nights. The hotel is right across the street from a DELICIOUS restaurant and just a short drive to the main drag of downtown Freeport (where there is plenty of free parking). I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone interested in staying in the Freeport area.
