The staff were excellent as was the accommodations such as the indoor heated pool and the breakfast. My wife and I were above all, very blessed to be able to have our "puppy-dog," with us!

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was spotless. Request for speiaj room was filled with no problem. Breakfast nook was clean with great offerings and staff that was outstanding! Pool area was wonderful.

Katie at the front desk was great. Beds are incredibly uncomfortable and definitely not queen sized as advertised. Pool was closed more than half of our stay as was the exercise room.

I'm sorry your stay was not as comfortable as we hoped. All rooms have the great Serta beds that Hilton recommends and they are indeed Queen size. Unfortunately the pool was closed temporarily due to vandalism from a team that was visiting and for safety reasons had to close it to repair it. Thanks for reaching out and being a valued guest.

Nice accommodation
I traveled to Freeport for a weekend of Christmas Shopping with my Mother and adult daughter. The room was nicely outfitted and clean. My mother commented she had not slept that well in years. There was a free shuttle offered to town center and we enjoyed a dip in the pool. The breakfast was ok, nothing exceptional.

Staying at the Hampton Inn Freeport exceeded my expectations. My son and I stayed while visiting LL Bean. We were both pleasantly surprised at how clean it was and how comfortable the beds were. A great choice.

The only issue was at check in there was only one employee assisting guests. She was doing a great job but a second person would have helped. There were four parties ahead of me with several behind and the were constantly arriving. Poor scheduling.

Freeport's Finest Hotel
The Hampton Inn Freeport/Brunswick is a fabulous hotel, certainly above the "cleanliness" standard of other hotels. However, it was the staff that "sealed the deal" for me. They were all professional, thorough with careful attention to detail and thoughtful, especially the front desk staff, Mary, Nikki and Gina. The Hampton Inn Freeport/Brunswick will always be a first choice for me, family and one I recommend to friends.

Easy access off Road 1. Easy access to Freeport by car. Free parking. Staff is helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. Loved the night light in the bathroom. Next door to a grocery store. Any improvement would be to shampoo/clean carpet in the halls.
