“Nice”

Since I was not familiar with the area, many questions arose. Crystal was exceptional. Always friendly and very helpful. There was a problem with our room and the young lady on the p.m. shift was extremely helpful and moved us to another room. The food was wonderful and so nice since we did not have to go out to find somewhere to eat unless we choose to.

I drove to multiple cities in Oregon and stayed at different motels, but this one had the best mattress.

Friendly staff, clean room, good location near highway and restaurants. Everything you expect from a Hampton Inn.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay very much. Housekeeping was thorough and respectfull of our privacy. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. The hot dishes weren't great, but there was plenty of other things to choose from.

The hotel was in a perfect location to the airport and the Gorge, but the best part was the hotel staff. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. We'll be back to Portland again one day and I won't hesitate to stay at Hampton-Gresham.

My daughter and I just spent one night here. It was clean and comfortable, staff was very helpful. Breakfast was much better than "standard" continental breakfast. Great access to freeway.
