Really nice hotel in Portland Downtown. Close to everything. The room was really clean, the personal really nice, the hotel has a swimming pool which was perfect during the hot weekend I was there. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time I visit Portland.

Just OK hotel

Not that comfortable as I think. Everything in the room looks old...and things on the bed is kind of 'over age'

Location Was Great

Posted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: Close to everything.
Cons: May want to update the lobby area and the rooms. However, they're fine for now.
Location: See above.
The Hilton is really in the middle of where you need to be. It's close to everything and that's what you want when you're in downtown Portland. It's close to all shopping needs from Nordstroms to Rite Aid. Transportation is not a problem and if you want to park your car, there are several parking lots to choose from rather than choosing the hotel's expensive parking. Overall, a great stay.

Very nice hotel and great service. Disappointing parking but that's downtown for you.

Tiny overpriced rooms, nickel and dime everything.

Posted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: The lobby is beautiful. Well maintained.
Cons: Stop cramming two beds in rooms that are made for one tiny person. Their customer service is awful. Full run around when you have billing error.
We paid top dollar for this room that was supposed to be for four people. It had two beds, but the room was about the size of the bed of a pick up truck. Everything was cramped. Flat yet somehow lumpy pillows. To top it off, we booked two nights and told them when we arrived we only needed the room for one night. They charged us a cancellation fee of one full night! And gave us a full run around when we disputed. I will never stay at a Hilton again. No 4G service in building, but you can pay $15 per day for wi-fi. Valet parking is $35.

Great downtown location

Posted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Location. Everyone we came in contact with that worked there was so friendly and helpful!
Location: In the heart of downtown. We wanted to walk everywhere and it was doable from this location. Shopping was top on our list.
My son and I wanted to stay downtown and have a hotel with a great pool, location to shopping and restaurants. This covered all of those.

Beautiful View

Posted Aug 24, 2014
The hotel itself was very pretty and upscale. When we arrived to our room it was clear that the expensive price was solely because of the view. The room itself was tiny and seemed pretty clean. Our shower had some hairs in it and the shower had problems draining at first but fixed itself. We also had to pay $27 for parking. Oh and the staff at check in was nice but we called down to ask for a knife and two extra glasses it took 30 mins for them to bring that and when they did they forgot the glasses. They lady seemed annoyed when we asked again for the glasses.

No parking lot. No wifi. Everything is bad. Price too high. PS. Check your credit card before you leaving hotel.
