Dealt well with unfortunate eventPosted Aug 4, 2014
The young staff member and the manager were both excellent. Upon arrival we discovered that a storm had taken out the power the night before, and they had no record of reservations. Although this caused a headache for them, they in no way passed it on to us. We were still able to stay in our executive king suite, and they were helpful and attentive. This was our first stay in a holiday inn express, and by far the best.

quick stayPosted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: nice and quiet
Cons: the smell of the room was a distraction of sort. had we stayed longer, we'd have try to work that part out.
Location: close enough to the center of freeport, but far enough to not be in the traffic and crowd.
we had a quick stay of one night. all was well, but the room had a bad odor the whole time which we could not figure out.

Booked this hotel as a last minute getaway, it was conveniently located near downtown. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, our room had a small microwave & fridge which was a nice surprise. I would definitely stay here again if in the area and would recommend to others.

Great place to stay!Posted Jun 25, 2014
Freeport is a very quaint town and I wish our stay would have been longer. So many things to see. Don't eat at the restraurant right across the street from the LL Beane you will be disappointed. The hotel grounds were immaculate and had blooming flowers. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable! You had four pillows on each bed to choose from-2 firm and 2-soft. We will definitely stay here again!!

Nice hotel, and close to shopping.Posted Jun 25, 2014
The hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. We arrived late in the evening for check in, and found parking to be limited near the hotel and found we could hear the interstate traffic, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel just like the others in the areaPosted Jun 1, 2014
Pros: It has beds and blankets and breakfast in the morning.
Cons: Use your imagination. Make it spectacular, then maybe I'll come back. Or maybe lower the price.
Location: It is near the road.
We slept and we had breakfast. Nothing spectacular. Nothing out of the ordinary.
