Great value in Vancouver

Pros: Room quality
Cons: The breakfast is the usual Holiday Inn fare which I don't really enjoy so I go to a nearby Starbucks.
Location: Convenient to WA 500, so easy to get on either I205 or I 5. The nearby mall has some nice restaurants and a good movie theatre.
This is a very convenient, comfortable, and well-managed hotel.

Pros: I forgot to bring toothpaste for my stay and I asked if they could help me with problem area and they right away help me. You are tops front desk
Cons: Stronger Coffee grounds for the coffee pots in the rooms.
My wife and I were there for a two day conference with the Veterans of Foreign Wars and later learned that I needed to stay an extra day and Holiday took care of it with no problems. I will stay there again when I travel to western Washington State

Clean, comfortable and an easy jump to portland

Pros: clean convenient, pool and hot tub for the kids and breakfast in the morning. It fit the bill and no issues
Cons: better coffee or a Starbucks that was closer
Location: went for a trip to portland
no issues check in the stay and exit all went well

Clean and reasonable

Pros: Centrally located
Cons: Breakfast eggs were awful. So I would suggest a better way to make the eggs

I had asked for more towels before I left to go out at 3pm. When I got back to the room they never brought them. So I had to go down stairs to get them.. was not very happy. ....

Good for tourists, not for business travelers

This is a good average hotel. Service is good. However Internet connectivity was lacking. I explained to management and they did not quite understand. As a business traveler, I need secure Internet, and a desk where I could work. Hotel offered free High-speed Internet but unfortunately it was not secure and I went to Starbucks. Even if the Wi-Fi worked, there was no work desk.

Good day Barry, Thank you for your guest review of our hotel. Please except my personal apology for the problem you experienced with the internet. Our original service provider had many issues and we had to replace them with a different company. This required total replacement of equipment that was less than 3 years old and a new support provider as well. Although it took some time for the techs to work out all the bugs it is working great with a 400% improvement in bandwidth and a much more secure connection. Let me share a hint. If you are a business traveler let me suggest selecting a King studio or King Suite. Those class of room has a work desk and ergonomic chair with additional electrical connections for your needs. Our Two Queen Bed rooms have an activity table to accommodate a 2nd chair for the other bed and a different footprint. We truly want you to be productive during your visit and thank you for your comments.
