We would totally stay here again. Everything was good - the beds, the amenities in the bathroom, the breakfast and the staff. We even joined the Best Western Rewards Program because we’ll be staying at a BW Plus anytime we travel now!

We booked this property specifically because it had an airport shuttle and we were having an overnight layover with our 2 small kids and we did not travel with car seats. It was not made clear that the airport shuttle only ran until 11pm and we were then left stranded at the airport when our flight landed later just slightly after 11. There were no ride shares that offered car seats and we spent well over an hour trying to figure out what to do after getting off a 6.5 hour flight with 2 cranky toddlers. It was infuriating to say the least. After so much runarounds and a mini breakdown, the Alaskan baggage attendant was able to gift us two car seats in order to get a taxi over to the hotel; which was an additional cost we weren’t planning on since I deliberately chose a hotel with a free shuttle. However, the night receptionist tried to be as helpful as possible and was kind enough to grant us a later check out. The breakfast and coffee machine were more than adequate though which was much needed.

Thank you for the review. At this time there is only Sidelines, China Wok, McDonalds, Burger King, Sharis, Panera Bread and Shilo's Restaurant in walking distance. Door Dash has an excellent selection of delivery to the hotel though!

I have stayed at this property a couple times now, and each time I have been greeted by friendly, helpful staff, quick service, and have gotten a clean, comfortable room. It is now my go to hotel for trips in and out of Portland international.

This was during the ice storm so hard to rate the outside of property. They had the proper covering on the ground to prevent falls and that stuff gets tracked in but has to be done. They were willing to let us stay a bit longer than check out if needed to be safe to drive. Staff helpful and breakfast was good. I will them again if we have to stay before a flights.

The staff was very accomodating and helpful. They drove us to Cascade Station for dinner and picked us up. They also stored our oversize luggage so we would not have to drag downstairs the next day.

Very nice experience
Very hospitable staff. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The airport shuttle was perfect. The homemade cookies in the lobby were a nice touch!
