“Right in the middle of it all with the friendliest staff”

We stayed at this hotel for New Year's Eve and the night prior. We had never been to Portland and had no idea what to expect. We were so pleased when the front desk was as helpful as they were and provided us with maps, restaurant menus, and advice about places to eat, drink, and visit. The free parking was very convenient, and the room had a beautiful unobstructed view of the Portland bay. During our stay, the hotel was offering a breakfast buffet for New Year's Day which was delightful. The staff was again very friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent. We were especially pleased with the safe and well-situated neighborhood the hotel was in and how easy of a walk (even in the snow) it was to get to the Old Port area and the Arts District.

The staff is always professional but very friendly. It's just an easy place to stay due to the location of the Inn, the amenities in the rooms and the great job done by the housekeepers. They do the little things that make a difference.It's great quality for the price.

Very clean and well maintained. Really comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Had view of bay and it is a great view at sunset and when the lights around the harbor come on. Also, the hotel shuttle will take you where you want to go and will pick you up. It's not just an "airport" shuttle, which was a nice surprise.

This hotel has everything especially if the weather is not great. Pool, fitness center and good restaurant. Close to harbor and great shops and bars. My room had a great view of bay and was great to wake up to each morning.

“One night stay”

I was in Portland for one night and enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was within walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. The room was comfortable, clean, and large. I would definitely come back.
