Cons: Better food.
My stay was what I expected. The staff was great and helpful. The breakfast could have been better, it was the standard types of microwaveable type food.

Location: Too far from Portland
We booked last minute heading to Portland - it's a bit too far out from the city though. The hotel was really nice and clean etc. The breakfast was great! Extensive hot and cold options - though it would have been nice if the staff had mentioned/re-iterated that we got free breakfast, it wasn't mentioned and due to paid room service options for it offered in the room we didn't realise we got free breakky and missed out on the amazing breakfast the first morning of our two night stay.

Nice hotel

Everything I liked in the hotel , but I think check in time needs to be I between 2-3 pm,if possible.

Nice hotel for the Gresham Area

Pros: comfortable basically clean great breakfasts good location
Cons: The cleaning staff needs to be followed up on for completion of duties.
Location: In the Gresham/Troutdale area. Close to Mt Hood CC and average shopping. Near the Columbia Gorge Scenic Hwy.
My stay was pleasant although the cleaning staff was less than average. My room was not cleaned on the second day of my 3 day stay and I beleive that the sheets were not clean the first night of my stay. The breakfasts were great. Good selection, hot and good tasteing.

Please let me assure you that each of our rooms are inspected before every guest's arrival to ensure that you have clean bedding, towels, etc. We apologize that the housekeeper did not clean your room on the second day but we will investigate and do some extra corrective training to make sure that doesn't happen to another guest. Pros: Clean, well-maintained. Worth money spent.
The rooms are great, staff is nice and welcoming. We enjoyed the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. It was nice!

No one to check us in, no chef so no breakfast...

The room was clean but the tub didn't drain. There was no one at the desk. Calling did nothing. We searche the restaraunts...no one there either. 15 min later 6 hotel guests finally went begin the counter and used the walkie to get help....and that's kind of how the whole stay went. No breakfast the next morning because the chef did not show. It wa a waste of money and certainly not up to par.

Quiet little place

Cons: Bigger tub possible in the room.
Location: Shopping Centers
Hotel staff at the front desk as well as the restaurant were all very friendly. We were please with the very large bed and clean room. Nice hotel quiet however very close to shopping centers. we enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

We thought the room and hotel we're very comfortable and reasonable. The staff was always pleasant and readily willing to help in any way.
