Great location, excellent staff.

Pros: Great location, helpful staff, clean, large, comfortable rooms.
Cons: An improved breakfast is the only thing we can think of.
Location: There are 5 restaurants within a short walking distance of this hotel. You are only 10-15 minutes driving time from many activities.
We were treated exceptionally well at the Hospitality Inn. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The location was very convenient to restaurants, Casey Eye Institute and to downtown Portland. The only slight negative is the breakfast which is a typical cereal/muffin/waffle breakfast. We will be staying here again for our next trip to Portland.

Low cost & close enough to OHSU

This hotel is just fine if you need a place to sleep while your loved one is at the Oregon Health Sciences university Hospital. They have low rates and the rooms are clean. The bed was comfy. The carpet was ugly and the furniture was from the 80's but who cares.

business trip to Portland

Pros: The price, the features, quiet room, comfortable bed, a very good breakfast.
Cons: Nothing i can think of.
Location: A MacDonald's and 3 local restaurants very nearby. I was tired and didn't explore much.
Very reasonable price for a good,. clean hotel. Room was large. Bed comfortable. Not a full range of cable channels but was adequate. Staff were pleasant and courteous. Has features one would need for a long stay, although mine was just overnight. Breakfast was great, including waffle maker.

Good for a bed, but that's it

Posted Mar 24, 2014
We chose this hotel because it's close to my brothers house. That was about the only good thing about it. The fitness room is a joke. It was probably an ok one in 1970. The free breakfast is the worst one I've ever seen. Yes they have waffles, but they water down their syrup so the waffle just gets soggy. Finally, the staff had a bad attitude. We needed fresh towels a couple times, and another pillow, and each time we were met with grumbling and what felt like a "why should I help you" attitude. I will not stay at this hotel again. I don't think it's worth the money, and I wouldn't reccommend this hotel to anyone.

everything is good

everything is good, breakfast time lasts longer until 10am, it is good for me, since I always get up late. the room is spacious, even it is not modern style, but it is comfortble.

Fit my needs.

Posted Feb 25, 2014
Pros: Price, location, staff.
I needed an inexpensive place to stay for a few days. I checked online and this seemed better than the comps. Good location, near major highways, and ten minutes from Portland. The facility is worn but clean, with a nice staff. Parking was adequate and the area appeared secure. King-size bed was comfy, flat screen TV - not many stations- heat worked well. Noise was minimal and not a problem. Typical continental breakfast was adequate. A Starbucks and McDonalds right next door with a good variety of restaurants about a mile down the road. Wi-Fi was spotty for me, but an ethernet connection worked fine. I've stayed at more expensive, newer, and upscale places, but this suited my needs just fine.

Dog friendly, good location.

Good experience, great room choice. Dog friendly, good location (close to a few shops & major roads, but still tucked into some trees in a neighborhood location). Found & reserved room through internet, & pretty painless check-in & out. Check out time of 10:00 (w/out late option) seemed a bit early, but A coffee shop next door helped w/ that.

Simple and clean

Posted Jan 21, 2014
Cons: Skimpy with towels and when requesting an extra blanket they only had another bed spread.
Location: On a busy street but the street noise did not bother us. A number of different Restaurants is near by.
The hotel is good for the price. The continental breakfast was good with "make your own" waffles, bagels and cream cheese and cereals but nothing but fruit for gluten intolerant guests.
