This is an old building with beautiful interior architectural detail. The building was clean and rooms were clean and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, decorated much like you would find in the 1950s. The beds are very plush and comfortable. The tea and coffee in our room were well stocked. We had a very nice stay overall. The only negative part of our stay was that we could hear the street noise down below up on the 7th floor.

Front desk failed to give WIFI password, then gave wrong password, failed to give free bottle of wine until asked, gave us keys that did not work. No maid service for a 2 night stay

Hotel DeLuxe is a lovely place. The staff is excellent and very attentive. I had a great experience there. It is in a bit of an odd area in that one must cross over the 405 freeway constantly to go anywhere, but other than that it is lovely and i enjoyed my stay there.

I love the age, the detail, the bath tub,the dining room architecture, the people, the quiet room...my only wish is to bring back TCM, the classic movie channel..fit so well here.

Great location, walking distance to downtown. Recently, the street people are making it uncomfortable but that is an issue throughout the city.

The hotel is very old and rundown, it might have been DeLuxe 50 years ago… the photos you see online are heavily Photoshopped!! For the same amount of money there are much better hotels in downtown Portland because if you’re staying in this nasty town at least stay in a nice place, not this !

As you booked through a 3rd party you will first have to contact them as you prepaid through them. We unfortunately had some issues in the hotel caused by our recent weather, and we do not currently have the environment where we can house guests. For everyone's safety we have moved all our guests to different hotels. I apologize for the issues this has caused.

I enjoyed the staff tremendously. However overnight parking is a bittersweet deal. The reason being is that if you leave after 10pm, the gate is closed and you have to call the front desk to have them come over and open it. I had to wait 12 mins. The garage is barely a stones throw from the hotel. Lastly I was told the Bar is open until midnight. I try to walk in and I get told, we’re closed. It was exactly 1130 and more than 6 people were sitting down. Overall the hotel is beautiful.

Nice property but the shower faucet did not regulate the water temperature, I got stuck in the elevator and the junk fees added up to an extra night room charge $136.88! Although they advertised amenities such as wine and bottled water, they only provided it after being asked. They do not offer maid service until the third day “to protect the guests”. The hotel was clean the restaurant was nice but offered a non traditional menu except for pancakes waffles and crepes. The room and bed were comfortable but not exceptional.

What a lovely property - unique design & decor. The renovation of an older building to create a nice hotel space is very well done. I do wish the Bar was a little better lit & had a better menu, as it was the only option for my dinner 2 nights in a row. Staff was lovely at every interaction. Breakfast was AMAZING!
