The staff were very accomodating, helpful and friendly. Within walking distance to everything in the down town section of Kennebunkport. Nice morning buffet breakfast.

The staff was extremely courteous and accomodating. The inn was immaculate and very well kept and the food was exquisite! Plenty of secure parking and close to all the specialty shops and attractions in the area. This is a must for anyone who is tired of the same old sterile hotel/motel enviroment. We highly recommend this inn to anyone who is planning to visit southern Maine.
“A Perfect Kennebunkport Location”
We were really pleased with this hotel. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and ideally located in the down town area and right in the middle of Dock Square. The "continental" breakfast was superb and every bit a full breakfast in my eyes. The surroundings and hotel setup where just what we wanted to enjoy our four days there. We enjoyed the front porch and the outside dining setup. We also had an excellent dinner there. Our room was in the River House and it was very nice but not what you would call expansive. The bathroom area was very well designed and reasonably large. Service throughout the hotel was very good. We had our own parking with no additional cost which I think is a real plus these days especially in the high tourist season. All in all I would say this hotel exceeded our expectations in every respect. We really found the right spot for what we wanted to do.
“The perfect place”
This place was perfect for my wife and I. It's a charming, easy-going place with an amazing restaurant, One Dock. The complimentary breakfast was generous with good variety. The rooms are very attrative and the location of the hotel was convenient because the shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Overall there is nothing for us to complain about. Next time we are in the area, we will definitely be staying at this inn. We wouldn't even consider anything else.

Portland International Jetport Airport (PWM): Approximate driving time is 45 minutes and distance is 30 miles.
Driving directions from PWM Jetport Airport: Take I-95 S to the Wells Main Exit 19. Turn left onto Rt 109 until Rt. 1. Turn left onto Rt 1 (heading north) for approximately 4 miles. At the Maine Diner, turn right onto Rt 9 and follow signs toward Kennebunkport (5 miles). The inn will be on the left.
