Great location, and great value.Posted Dec 1, 2013
Pros: The staff, the location, and the cleanliness of the room
The staff is fabulous, and the setting is exceptional. Our only issue was trying to maintain an even temperature in the room. It tended to get to hot, and when we adjusted the controls, it got too cold. Not a big deal....we will return next year, and will happily refer friends and family to this hotel.

Not bad - not greatPosted Oct 20, 2013
Pros: Great location.
Everything was okay. The breakfast was pretty disappointing -- unless you like waffles or store bought mini pastries, there were no other options. Fruit would have been nice.

We had a great time at this hotelPosted Sep 27, 2013
Pros: Location and accommadations.T
Cons: The lobby could be updated
Location: Excellent location to town and easy walking distance to everything.
The rooms we had were next to each other in a separate area of the hotel. Rooms 208 & 209. They are really in a quite section of the hotel. Very private and very comfortable. Would definitely go back to this hotel.

In the heart of the town!Posted Sep 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great location. Great Breakfast included with stay. Not "squeaky clean", but just OK. Facility is nice, but needs some updating. While rooms are "No Smoking", smokers were gathered on the balcony outside the rooms - not really appropriate. Need to establish a smokers area away from the rooms.

Better than we expectedPosted Sep 1, 2013
Pros: price, comfort, location is perfect
This place came with some pretty good reviews so we decided to try it. I was worried that the pics online wouldn't be representative, but I was wrong. This place more than met our expectations. The room was clean, the bed beautiful, the mattress in good shape, the restroom clean and modern with a double walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub big enough for two. It is located within easy walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, and activities. Staff was accommodating. Would highly recommend for anyone really, but especially for couples.

Very Nice Hotel in a Great LocationPosted Aug 31, 2013
Pros: I liked everything about this hotel. Very friendly hotel staff and hotel owner.
Cons: The hotel is perfect the way it is.
Location: The Kings Port Inn is near the beach, shops, restaurants, attractions like Ocean Avenue, St. Ann's Church, Walker's Point, and hiking trails.
My experience with the Kings Port Inn first started when I used the hotel's transportation service. Because my flight was going to arrive at Portland International Airport at an unusual time and I wasn't familiar with the area I decided to use the hotel's transportation service. Expecting to be picked up by an hotel employee I was greeted at the airport by the hotel owner on time. The hotel owner was very friendly had a great sense humor and we had a lot in common. As we drove from the airport to the hotel we talked about business I am a business owner as well and he talked about Kennebunkport and things to do in the area. The return trip back to the airport was the same excellent service. The hotel room was a little dated, but nice and clean. A big plus is that this hotel is ideally located because it is within walking distance to everything. Also, free internet and continental breakfast is a huge plus. Maid service was done every morning and they did an excellent job. The hotel front desk staff was very friendly always taking the time to answer my questions and letting me print my airline boarding passes. I stayed four nights at the Kings Port Inn and I plan on coming back next summer.

Steps to all of the shops in Kennebunkport.Posted Aug 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
My 20 year old daughter and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, after we dropped my youngest daughter off at Colby College to start her university experience. We had never been to Kennebunkport before and it was just as lovely as we had hoped. The hotel was very conveniently located to everything. Although we never ate the breakfast buffet, it looked great. We had a lovely king sized bed which was cozy and comfortable. We were able to pull our car right up to our hotel room as we were on the first floor. The internet was great, and the front desk clerks were very friendly. I would definitely use this hotel the next time we come to Kennebunkport for another "get away weekend".
